The room was very nice with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Breakfast was amazing, fresh, presented nicely and was a hit with our picky eaters. Everything was clean and the staff was amazing.

In the evening there was a cart available for our luggage, but at 10:30am none were to be had. I’m guessing guests were not being timely with the use/return.

Kids enjoyed the breakfast and the pool

appeared to be a little understaff. No one came to get trash from our room. We were traveling with 2 children ages 6 & 8 .We only had towels for 3 guest in the room. When requested it was provided but did take a little longer to get than expected.

Clean, location (plenty of shopping, convenience store close)and breakfast.

Had to shut off water for water leak, toilet had to be fixed or rest by us 3 times in night. Pool area nice but pool to small and acoustics are really bad. Floors had standing water and slippery.

My family wasn't impressed with the breakfast, the eggs were powder, the french toast was on the cold side and there was no regular syrup left only sugar free. My favorite was the fruit and we enjoyed the coffee and hot cocoa in the travel cups. We very much liked our room and the small sofa was very comfortable, Instead of the large light over top though might we suggest a lamp behind the corner of the sofa for reading. We loved the view of the lake and the walkway/sidewalk in the back which we used to walk to the burger house next door. We enjoyed the pool and the workout room. I particularly liked the ice water available in the lobby. Another suggestion I would have is to have a cucumber or orange ice water. I have seen this in fancier hotels.

Overall we loved our experience.

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff! Very comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were nice. All in all, this is a great place to stay!

The breakfast was perfectly acceptable, but compared to the rest of the facility I felt like it was a bit "underwhelming". Not a dealbreaker by any means, but it was the only thing I couldn't give high marks. I would have liked oatmeal that was pre-made, eggs with more taste or a waffle-maker. Coffee was good though!

Location, STAFF, CLEANLINESS, tv size including easy remote, BED, SHOWER, sectional couch, hard floors (no carpet), hot breakfast buffet and finally, THE IMPRESSIVE SUPER MODERN ROOM DESIGN, WOW!!! The design is also a smart design in every way.

This is no fault of the Hyatt Place or the neighboring hotel but the grass area used for dogs had a considerable amount of dog piles. There is a convenient stand with dog bags and an attached waste can stationed right there. Unfortunately, some LAZY dog owners spoil that for responsible guests. Maybe, the staff could check and clean it up once or twice daily.

The rooms were very spacious we didn’t feel crowded in the room.

Nothing everything was great the location was close to the mall and restaurant next door was delicious

the property had a wonderful walk way to a couple of good restaurants which we loved after being on the road for over 8 hrs it was nice to be able to stretch our legs! wish we had time to stay an extra day to explore the area more (outlet mall for shopping & amusement park for kids) and that was just what we could see from the property, not to mention our room was clean, comfortable & spacious!

Location was great… close to Adventureland, shopping, and restaurants Staff was great as well.

A little pricy but that is probably due to the location.

I liked that the hotel was near two restaurants, the outlet mall and other shopping. There was plenty of room for our family. two queens with a pull out bed. We all slept comfortably. This hotel was packed the night we were there but everyone seemed respectful and we didn't have any late night noise issues. Had a Fridge and a safe. Bathroom was large and I like how they had a large sink area separate from the bathroom. That was nice.

We were hoping to swim, but the pool was packed. So maybe our next visit.
