The pool area is VERY good. Probably the best we've been to in a while. The pool is decent size and the water was NOT freezing - the hot tub was large and relaxing. The staff here was very friendly. Good breakfast. I'd make a return visit.

This is definitely an older hotel. There is no elevator, so it makes hauling a bunch of stuff upstairs a pain. No daily housekeeping. They could probably use a good deep clean and the bathrooms probably need an exhaust fan because it did smell a little mildew-ish.

Amazing staff from check in to check out! The non-breakfast was the biggest spread of a “non-breakfast” I have ever had. Quality breakfast snack type foods including yogurt, fruit, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, Pop-Tarts in 4 varieties, breakfast bars, coffee, and tea. The only thing missing was hot food and milk.

Right next door to a Casey’s gas station. Lots of restaurants near by and only 10 minutes from Adventureland amusement park.

The bed was kind of hard and the tv was in a weird spot so either had to lay on the bed or sit on the side to watch tv.

The king size bed comfortable .was very roomy and clean. For being on the first floor didn't hear anyone walking or loud noises from above room.

Can't sleep in and still get breakfast.

Breakfast was good, except for the sausage, it was not cooked well enough. But everything else was excellent. The location was perfect for the fair, which was why we were there.

Only thing, I wish there was an ice maker on each floor. Also wish they provided decaf coffee for the room coffee maker. And more sugar in the room as well.

Very clean and a great location. The hot tub and pool were a great amenity. Hot breakfast in the morning was also a great option!

Nothing that wasn't liked, only minor thing would be a resupply of breakfast items and coffee after they get too low, but no big deal.

Very easy for my husband to get around with his wheel chair.
