The location was perfect, was so close to everything we went to and needed to go to! The manager was so incredible too, my sister-in-law had booked through booking and had paid and it didn't show up for them. The manager was so helpful and called several times and was amazing while she waited for hours. She didn't leave her without help and support.

I do wish breakfast was left a little longer but still awesome!

the location was excellent. there were many very good restaurants and grocery stores very closeby. we were very close to the highway and could get to the pickleball venue very quickly and easily. the staff worked very hard to make our stay all it could be.

the hotel is an older property so some of the carpets need upgrading but they are obviously working on making the property better.

The breakfast assortment was great! It had a few unexpected awesome extras like the yogurt bar and Pancake maker. The room was in pretty good shape and we enjoyed the pool when it was open.

The room was a bit of a tight fit, with the beds dominating the spaces and not a lot of room to maneuver. The sensor lights under the beds were very bright and while it was nice at times to be able to see well, it was quite blinding when anyone got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Great hot breakfast with plenty of choices like fresh fruit.

Could not understand the language of the front desk people when we checked in. I don't know where they are from or what language they speak but their english was not good at all. I could not understand the lady at all and then a man came and he wasn't much better. When we checked out, the (white) lady in the morning was very helpful and easy to understand. Not predigest but just telling it like it is!

Breakfast was good. An uncommon feature in most budget American hotels. That is more of a European feature. It's great because it saves a family from having to pay for an additional meal per day in a restaurant.

The a/c was a window mounted unit. It blew mostly warm, musty air. Luckily, the nightly temps were cool and the windows were screened so we opened them at night and shut off the a/c. It was cool and fresh air. Great for sleeping.

The location was great!! The staff was so nice and we got to check in early!! The breakfast was delicious too!! The long pool hours were nice too!! Nice hot water for showering!!!

The pillows were too small and the fire/smoke detector that was beeping on the 2nd floor all night(must've been low battery)

The staff was great! We had a chance to meet the owner who was really nice. The front desk was super helpful and the manager TIFFANY was the absolute BEST! The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the location is great. It’s centrally located to lots restaurants and stores.

The parking was limited and the rooms are small and a little dated BUT they are in the process of doing some serious upgrades.

Rooms have been updated and there are plenty of lights, charging stations and outlets. My room was very clean, quiet, very hot water and good shower pressure.

The gym didn’t open until 7 am. I respect the need for quiet for guests on the first floor, but 7 am was way too late for me.

Very clean and updated. Lots of good features in the room. Pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, fresh with lots of variety. Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and literally across the street from Adventureland.

Only complaint is the trash can was very small

The lady at the desk was cool she had an awesome sense of humor! The bathrooms had body wash shampoo and conditioner dispensers!!!! I've never seen that before. And the pool was heated yes I loved my stay there and definitely will book again.
