The rooms were above expectations, they didn't tell me that the room came with a kitchenette, a full size , refrigerator, and the staff were very friendly, and accommodating. I even had a little trouble w my credit card and the lady at the front desk helped me for two day's, to get it correct, she was friendly, and patient. They even comped me a room for the night before I left. Thank you VERY MUCH Woodsprings for everything !! I highly recommend this place to anybody. It's more like a family motel, and not just a business.....

I like the fact it's setup as an extended stay hotel. The staff is always friendly. So are the guest's.

The front parking mostly full at night. They could set up a area just for bigger vehicles to the side not at the vary front of the parking lot.

Over all cleanliness. The staff are awesome!!!

it’s nice and somewhat quiet. the area is great. the rooms are nice with a stove top and full refrigerator plus microwave.

the room were put in is a non smoking room but for some reason it still smelt like smoke. I noticed whoever smokes on the top floor above us or next to us the smoke comes from the vents in the restroom.

The room was clean. Great shower. Nice quiet location.

The bed in room 127...mattress was horrible to sleep on. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Need new fluffier pillows. No coffee maker.
