I really liked the hotel we stayed at near the airport. It was very clean, and even though we went during spring break, there were hardly any people, so it never felt crowded. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made the stay even better. One of the best parts was the complimentary breakfast—it was a really nice bonus and made our mornings so much easier. I originally planned to stay just one night, but I liked it so much that I decided last minute to stay another night. Overall, it was a great experience.

What I didn’t like was that we went during spring break, and in the middle of the day, they decided to close the pool area for several hours. Because of that, my girls weren’t able to swim, which was really disappointing. I thought it was strange to do this during the middle of the day on a weekend, especially during spring break when a lot of people want to use the amenities.

The staff was very nice. The property was clean. Nice pool. My friend’s refrigerator didn’t work, and they switched it out for a functioning one very quickly.

The breakfast was just okay. While they had a lot of choices, some of the items were really cold, like the gravy and sausage patties. The eggs were watery. Other than that, everything was very nice. Only a mile from the ball fields was a big bonus!

I liked the location of the hotel. I liked that I couldn't hear the party going on near the front lobby although my room was right above it.

It didn't have a super clean inviting feel. The tub felt like it hadn't been cleaned properly so I cleaned it myself. The sheets, while clean smelling were stained. I thought it tacky and tasteless that an envelope was left in the room for a tip to the person who had "cleaned" the room from a previous guest .

I understand trying to save energy and costs associated with the hotel but recommend that when you have confirmed guest coming in that the heat/cooling unit be turned on prior to guest arrival. The room was extremely cold with the heater off and took several hours to get to approximately 68-70 degrees. Very uncomfortable after a five-and-a-half-hour drive.

The room, bedding, pillows were very comfortable. The room A/C was well regulated and quiet. Bathroom was very clean and fully functional. The water pressure for the shower was perfect.

3 little glitches. a) we at first couldn't get in our room. Key seemed to work but pressing down on the door handle would only open the door a fraction of an inch before a solid clunk sound. Desk clerk kindly pointed out that one had to pull UP on the door handle and it would work fine (this action is counter intuitive). b) the wifi code written on the check in keycard folder was wrong by one digit, almost required another trip to the front desk. c) the breakfast area displaying a sign at 6:30 a.m. that the area was not open for guests. We ignored the sign and found food in the chafing pans and enjoyed an adequate breakfast. Puzzled about the sign.

The breakfast was good. The location was great and the pool area was nice.

The bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper and no new rolls. There was crumbs under the bed that looked like it had not been vacuumed. I could not get the TV in the living room to work properly. I had direct TV and I wanted to listen to the music channel.

Located within walking distance of the airport but has free 'on request' shuttle. Walking distance to quite a few shops and restaurants. Has pool, small 'snack' shop and restaurant on site. Great wifi. Big comfortable room with fridge, microwave, aircon/heating. Public transport to the hotel is very poor so use Lyft at around 10 minutes and $12 to $20 one way to downtown (or back). Bus Route 7 drops you off / picks you up on Army Post Road - The Bus Stop is a straight walk along Army Post Road of about a mile from the hotel - turn right when exiting the bus or ask the driver the direction of the airport and walk towards it. Currently the bus is $1. It runs about a half hourly service. Weekdays from 5:35am to 10:36pm Downtown Transit Central to SW 9th & Army Post Stop (Southbound) or 5:00 to 11:17 from SW 9th & Army Post Stop to Downtown Transit Central There is a greatly reduced service on Weekends and School Holidays - best check online timetable for - 'Des Monies DART Route 7' - Weekdays or Saturdays or Sundays - It's Southbound to Army Post Road Stop. Northbound to Downtown DART Central Transit Station.

No complaints. Pool facilities could be better advertised/explained.

was very nice looked renovated, and very clean.

I wasn’t told a specific time as to when breakfast was and missed it, and it was a very small breakfast it looked like. also staff were kind but definitely moved quick to the point where there was no connection, it was a short few simple words and then done. not much was explained about the hotel when I showed up at first. not even check out time I just knew because of the app.

That they quickly took care of the non working heat unit.

The fridge did not work and smelled rancid. The pool was nice and warm the first day. Day two it was freezing and we had to ask for it to be turned on. We also had to ask for pool towels.

Very clean property. Our room was spotless and the staff was very friendly.

The location is right next to the airport and super busy roads. The airport noise was minimal.
