Location!! Wonderful accommodating staff! Decent pool-breakfast daily - daily housekeeping!

Hot tub was not available- I was there for a softball tournament - and booked the property because I needed a hot tub for after games- nice sauna though!

The staff is amazing! When I over loaded myself with luggage the front desk guy helped me by taking two of the bags to my room. The pool is heated to 92 and feels amazing. There is a sauna and a small but functional exercise room. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy.

The spa was down for maintenance.

Breakfast was good, was the same each morning. Would like more variety for eggs and fruit. Shower head was great.

Rm 110 - the toilet handle for flushing fell off. We were able to fix it.

FYI: This location changed ownership between the time we made the booking, and the time we arrived. It is now Red Lion. Owners are great- Rooms were very nice. But the whole reservation thing was upside down due to the change. The owners took care of us though. They are great!

I am still waiting for a receipt from my stay. You had computer issues the morning I checked out and I was told you would email the receipt and I have still not received it.

stayed at the king whirlpool suite and it was amazing to have a nice working hot tub all to ourselves.

there were some issues with the door lock missing and the electrical box face plate was missing.

Good breakfast overall. Staff were very helpful with luggage and making sure breakfast food was stocked well. Coffee available all day. That was great. I would visit again.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool clean and nice. The locations very near the Grimes baseball complex was a plus. Plenty of choices for food and shopping nearby.

Dave was very friendly and informative, great room, very clean place with adorable decor. I love the lobby’s setup.

No vending machine

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is safe and away from most through traffic but right off the highway. The room was clean and very quiet, despite a loud group in the lobby (there was a high school baseball tournament nearby). The pool, spa and sauna were lovely additions to the affordable accomodations.

The bath towels were quite small. Not a problem for me, but average sized Americans may find them too small.
