Fast availability and booking. The overall room was very clean!! Was very quiet, and we slept well.

When we arrived, the staff was outside cooking on the grill. The phone to call for assistance was on the counter. They casually walked in without acknowledging they were working there. When the clerk saw I had requested a handicap room, he asked me if I really needed the room. I told him yes, that was what I requested. The security latch for the door was missing. There was no ironing board or iron in the room. The TV offered one channel to watch. Breakfast options were waffles, toast or cereal, and no fruit or yogurt options.

I really liked the fact that I was able (by request) to have a ground floor room AND I didn't need to trek through a corridor to get to it. My car was right in front of the door of my room and I loved it! This location also had plenty of green grass for my dogs and is located in a beautiful area. My dogs and I took advantage of the gorgeous weather and went walking.

There is NO coffee in the room and I had no idea it was located in the guest services area and I could have helped myself at any time. I drink coffee 24/7 (practically) and it was important for me to have access without having to run around a strange area I am not familiar with to find some. The weather strip on the bottom of the door needs to be replaced. I was able to see light coming though underneath the door and that left me a bit concerned.

I was very impressed with the staff at this hotel; they were friendly, accommodating, and treated me very well in every respect. The room was very clean, the hotel was quiet compared to others I've stayed in, and there are many food options available within walking distance or a very short drive. I would most certainly stay at this hotel again without any hesitation :)

I liked that the room was clean and organized right when I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and made up well. There was plenty of towels, I did not need to ask for more. I enjoy the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion they have in the rooms.

The sink where you brush your teeth at, the mirror was covered in other peoples toothpaste droppings from brushing their teeth in front of the mirror, and there was other peoples hair stuck against the shower wall.

They didn't bother us and let us have a good stay without being bothered. I highly recommend this hotel.

One night. In the middle of the night for like a 1/2 hour.There was fire alarms go ing off and but that wasn't there fault so there was nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Michael from the reception is very attentive and polite. We thank him.

The breakfast is very inadequate. There was no cheese or eggs. There was only bread and pancakes. It is not considered a breakfast.

The outside looked a little bad when arriving. I didn't have very high hopes for the price of the room. But after seeing the lobby and the room. It did exceed my expectations. Pretty clean for the most part.

The sheet on the bed had a burn hole in it. The door to the room needs adjusted. It has to be forced shut.

Good price. They had a cart to put your luggage on. There was an elevator to the third floor.

The area where the elevators are located is all windows and was very hot. The air conditioning was not handling it.

Clean and close to shopping etc.

The pillows were hard, and the blankets on the bed were very thin. I had to shut off the air because it blew directly on the bed, and I couldn't get warm with it on.

It was OK, Waffles were only thing I ate, some juices were very bland!

Bed in my room Squeaked, every time you got in and out of it. Hard to control heat in room was constantly adjusting it!
