I loved my room and the laundry room was useful to clean my clothes as well Outside there was a tree that had granny smith apples 🍏 just growing

I was offered a 9 dollar upgrade on my way to hotel I thought wow ok sure I should have never taken it When I arrived and checked in they charged me twice. Once for original booking then a second time for total with upgrades locking me up for over 600$ worth of charges that had to wait for them to fall off. They upon checking out they tried to ding me again for upgrades locking up even more funds. I called and disputed the charge had it reversed but it still had to wait for my bank 3 days to release funds which a pain when your on a road trip. Don't do anything extra!!!

The facilities were very clean and up-to-date. If I was staying in the area for an extended amount of time I would defiantly have stayed here. Surroundings and hallways were quiet, and the in-room amenities were great! I also like the fact you are a pet friendly hotel, nice to know next time I'm in town.

I wish the pillows were a little softer and the mattress a little thicker. There was no complimentary breakfast but sometimes their more trouble than going to the Perkins nearby or picking something up the night before to have in the room.

Absolutely love the staff here! So sweet to me, and absolutely love they don't mind my rambling(I have Autism Tourettes and ADHD so I have a hard time controlling what i say and how much I talk!) I will definitely be here for a while as I dont have a permanent place to stay!! Thanks loves! You truly are the blessings in my time of need right now! My favorite part is certainly and most definitely the fact it feels like my very own apartment, and I immediately felt like I was home! I have all my stuff put up as if it was my own apartment!

I loved EVERYTHING!

This is one of my favorite places to stay when I travel to Des Moines. It's right off the interstate, but you would never know because it's so quiet. The hotel is close to anything you want to do in West Des Moines. The rooms are so spacious for the price.

I don't like that there is a cost to park there overnight, but it's only $5.

Loves having the kitchen and it was well stocked w simple things that you need: silverware, plates and cups etc!!

Smell/oder in our room! Weird smell but a helpful cleaner brought in soon unstoppables spray and that really helped!

This hotel does NOT serve breakfast. This was OK as a restaurant nearby serves GREAT breakfasts (PERKINS). Our room area was gigantic. Three separate rooms. Full kitchen. Two televisions. Two closets. Lots of drawers. The bed was very comfortable. They have a washer/dryer room. Overall, the place was quiet. We will stay there again!

This hotel is not fancy. The price was very inexpensive. No pool. I haven't been in a pool for nearly 30 years so I didn't miss it. No overhang by the entrance. If it is raining you better have an umbrella.

Room super clean, it was more than expected, cheaper and super quiet (we can sleep perfectly relaxed) my daughter and I love the peaceful atmosphere. Good location to go shopping or have a dinner.

The coffe, but who cares if the rooms had their own coffee maker 😅

Would be nice to have nice coffee available in the morning. Maybe a Keurig machine in the lobby.
