The location was great! Dave and Buster's with a nice mall across the street! Wonderful check in with the ladies being very helpful and recommended a great pizza place! The decor is very up to date with fun colors that compliment the neon lights at night. Nice patio outside where we enjoyed drinking and having coffee. The breakfast was delicious with eggs and yummy potatoes with healthy options also. The teas and fresh ground coffee were a pleasant surprise! We loved the Dove toiletries! They all smell great and thanks for going green and saving on the little plastic bottles! The beds were comfy and I didn't hear anything all night! Outstanding hotel that shows pride with how clean everything was inside and out! Most beautiful plants when you walk in! Can't wait to come back! 😀

We had a mix-up with our reservation and were put down as my first name/last, and the front staff was excellent in figuring it out. We also dealt with Booking.com and tried to cancel Friday night, as our daughter wasn't playing until Saturday afternoon, and they didn't let us. We called the hotel, and they were able to help us with that. The manager was excellent in dealing with all of this.

Early bird gets the worm, the food wasn't picked over if you got up early. If you came closer to breakfast being over the bread/bagels, and warm breakfast options were picked over.

The maid couldn't give us clean towels off her cart, we had to call down to the front desk in order to get them.

Good although pancake machine was down at 8:45 a.m. and 2 little ones were looking forward to pancakes and we also thought the buffet was open until 10:00 but they closed up at 9:40.

No one at checkin when I first got there and wasn’t apologetic or overly friendly when he did show up (only a minute or two). Couldn’t provide me with a hard copy receipt because I’d booked through booking.com. Establishment should be able to give me a receipt regardless.

Excellent pancakes and variety of food. Breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed at. Even had an outdoor patio for breakfast. Very modern lobby. Quiet, great location near Jordan Creek Mall and Giordono's Pizza.

Minor detail, chair in room was not very comfortable. Again, very minor, elevators slow. Besides that, excellent hotel, very clean and quiet.

Location great, room immaculate and spacious with everything we needed. Staff great. Maybe because we are British we found the breakfast a little disappointing - can't enjoy scone and gravy for breakfast at all. Sausages were tiny, omelettes were tasty. Coffee, juice etc all good.

Breakfast was reasonable. The location was appropriate for our needs. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Our room was above the facility laundry service and there was a washing machine that was out of balance enough to shake the building.

We had an amazing time staff was friendly and the room had a nice view. Location is great .

The staff can just let the people know there is an inside swimming pool we only found out the morning we left

Breakfast appeared to be "reheats" - not fresh We did not eat breakfast the second day

Drinking cups were difficult to work with - couldn't get them apart, get the wrappers off
