Reasonable rate, clean, comfortable, quiet, modern, exercise room, more than a Continental breakfast, washer and dryer available, and plenty of outlets for my chargers. I did not use the indoor pool or the television so I cannot comment on them.

The eggs are powered and tasteless, the washer and dryer at the Waukee Sleep Inn location were free, at Jordon Creek they are coin operated and the front desk had not a single quarter on the premise, necessitating a hike to a liquor store for change. That is why I did not give them an exceptional rating.

This is a standard three star clean quiet Sleep Inn. Bed was fine, breakfast was mid-the same sort of breakfast fare you’d see at Hampton Inn. We were placed in a room by the pool and it was surprisingly quiet, despite guests yelling and playing in the pool area. Front desk staff were nice. Shower had good water pressure and bathroom was large and well lit. It’s a good place to stop for an overnight during a road trip-right off the highway. There is a McDonalds and convenience store and gas station across the parking lot.

The property is really well located near I35. There was plenty of parking and a lot of amenities near by. I had a handicap accessible room and it had everything. A huge space to maneuver a chair. Plenty of pull bars and a shower chair in the huge bathroom. A removable shower head.

Having been with someone with mobility issues in the past the beds are a little high for ease of use.

Good variety at breakfast. Loved the bed and pillows, the sofa in the room and ample tables, outlets, TV was easy to navigate. Appreciated having fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Great elevator.

Coffee cups tiny, breakfast bar had run out of scrambled eggs when we got there and we didn't see anyone remedying that in the time we were down for breakfast.

Very clean and quiet with very friendly staff. The heater worked great.

The pool was fairly chilly, and there wasn't a hot tub to warm up in. The milk at breakfast was in a crafe that was sketchy, like it had been made from powdered milk, or the carafe wasn't as clean as it should have been. Very low selection of TV channels for smaller children.

Convenient west Des Moines location, near highways, grocery shops, gas station, etc. Standard warm breakfast, comfortable bed, TV has option to connect to your own Netflix account, stable WIFI, newer facility, friendly staff, all good.

A bit noisy cos it's close to highway I35, earplugs might be a must for some people.

Very clean! and pleasant smell. A very good first impression! I loved the esthetics of the hotel lobby as soon as I came in. It had a very sleek retro-look! Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable!

Breakfast could have been better, but this style of breakfast is expected in a hotel. The eggs were rubbery and the biscuits were hard. It's still a notch above just a continental breakfast!

The breakfast was fantastic. A nice variety of food and allowed us to eat and get on with our day. Kelly who was working the breakfast area was fantastic. She was very attentive to keeping everything filled and was a super nice person. She was always smiling and wanted you to have a fantastic experience. Kelly is someone I would hire in a second and I have hired a lot of people in the business world. I hope she is valued at Sleep Inn. I even heard a guest say to her "why are you so nice"?

The room and beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. It had a waffle bar, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, plus your typical cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc. The hotel is in a great location close to both fast-food restaurants and sit-down establishments. There is also a Hy-Vee across the street.

I would have enjoyed a later breakfast and less restrictions but the accommodations were great overall. I did not use the pool or the exercise room personally but was extremely grateful for the laundry facilities.
