Room and bathroom were very clean (and I am a CLEAN FREAK), bed was comfortable, and pillows were amazing. Breakfast staff was warm and inviting as was the desk staff that checked up in around 1am. West Glen shopping area where hotel is located is adorable with variety of stores to shop within walking distance.

I was told I could not use my Visa card that I use for travel because it was on my apple pay and we were unable to pull the back of the card up on my phone that shows my name on it. I was told it was a corporate policy and that I had to use my debit card that was in my wallet.

I already knew about the breakfast, what I had not already read about was the "5:30 Kickback" in the evening. The evening kickback would meet anyone's needs for a dinner, not just appetizer! We also needed a Pack 'n Play for a baby, and they were able to meet that need for us as well. The staff was TREMENDOUS! I don't think that I came across any staff member that was not hospitable. The only negative was that we added an additional night at the last minute, and had to switch rooms in the morning of our last night there, and inadvertently left a pricey piece of clothing hanging on the back of the bathroom door. After some digging, it was found that the housecleaning staff tossed it, because they thought it was left behind to be disposed of. However, they did comp us our last night's stay, which more than made up for the cost of the item. But the main take-away to this was that they made it right for us. I don't stay at hotels often, and have never stayed at a Drury Inn before, but I will definitely be looking for a Drury Inn first whenever I am looking for a place to stay.

I was not expecting to get free drinks and food bar each night. That was not a feature that I recall seeing on the Bookings.com website. However, when I checked out - the guest services informed me of rewards program at no cost to me, along with the information that the drink / food bar is available each night every night of the year.

This particular weekend - the patrons where going every direction when they went through the food bar. Also when they spilled something - they never requested it to be cleaned up. More issues with patrons than with the workers of this very busy location on this weekend.

My first impression were of friendly staff willing to help me check in and describe the happy hour with three free drinks and appetizers. When I got to my room, I loved the clean and updated room. I enjoyed breakfast the next day and couldn’t believe all the many options to get me started off right for the day. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back in the future.

I don’t have any concerns or recommendations for making the visit better.

Pros: Beds and pillows were amazing!! The staff were super friendly. Location was great. Room was quiet. We never heard anyone else in the hotel while in our room. Our jet tub was amazing after a long day of walking. Loved the fountain pop and popcorn available to us at our leisure. Decent breakfast. Although we were unable to attend they have a kick back every night with food and drinks included in price. .

Cons: when booking my room it stated over and over that was a double room and it was not. It was standard size room but with the jet tub in bathroom. So with that being said I feel 179 a night is a little pricey. Also it was packed so parking was difficult to come by when coming back in evening

Love the breakfast & the "kick back". Room space is generous, to say the least; beds are very comfortable. Staff has always been courteous.

Imho, front desk should have mentioned a rear entrance that operates on our room key card so we didn't have to walk all the way around the building to get in. Parking "stalls" are very tight for a full size SUV or pick-up. Please make the elevator call button easier to find at this location; it's at the bottom of the firefighter override panel!

Breakfast was tasty! I enjoyed free snacks and drinks in the evening as well. The location was perfect for getting right onto the freeway south towards a music festival the weekend I stayed :-)

The sheets and towels had a pretty strong bleach scent. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as it told me they were very clean, yet I feel it's worth mentioning. That being said, it wasn't that big of an issue, and this is the only negative I can think of (which is good)

The location & food were great!

Our room did not have a Smart TV with apps to watch our Netflix or Paramount programs The Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan The carpet had dirt in spots & did not look vacummed very throughly. The foot rest had some smeared food on it - not wipped off from previous guests.

Very welcoming on arrival and throughout all encounters with staff. The decor was colorful and playful. The room was well appointed and neutral so very soothing. Lots of outlets thoughtfully placed. The towels were substantial and fresh. No bleach smell. The mattress was was very comfy. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, hot, filling with lots of options. The happy hour was ok, but very busy with lots of kids running around. So very loud. Not the hotel’s fault.

The elevator was having some issues, out for several hours. The bed in the room was a bit too high for me to easily get in. Once there…very comfortable.

Great breakfast and dinner, very helpful staff, helped with sending my suit that I forgot! Thank you!

It was very busy and there was only 1 washer and 1 dryer for a hotel with 5 floors and a lot of people. Had to stay up late to do laundry
