I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness and our room was perfect. I felt completely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were kind and attentive.

I wish it was a little closer to attractions, but that is something I knew when booking. The beds were are little more firm than I like, but that preference.

The property and our room were very clean and well kept! The location was very convenient, lots of food options around and things to do nearby. Loved the continental breakfast and pool. We will absolutely be staying again.

All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The room was super clean and quiet and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, although not as much as other Holiday Inn Express & Suites we have stayed at.

The pool area was a little dirty - someone had left personal belongings and there were food crumbs and peanuts on the floor, as well as a used bandaid when we used the pool after checking in. When we returned to the pool in the morning before checkout, all of the above mentioned items were still there.

Rooms are modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

We are gluten free, so the powdered eggs and sausage are really our only options for breakfast. They are ok, but after a couple of days, it would be good to have other choices. The yogurt selections have a lot of ingredients and sweeteners, so not a good option for us.

AC cycling at night was a little noisy. Only one reg coffee in the room. NO PANCAKES! The pancake machine was out of order. I look forward to them at HIE. No yogurt and milk only in a gallon container.

We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The room was large and comfortable. The location was really convenient. What more can we say? Loved the hotel!

Facility was great, clean and the staff that helped us get new rooms was very kind.

I prepaid for my room and four hours before our arrival I got a call from the property that our room had been given to someone else (as an upgrade and was staying longer than us) and would we be able to do two rooms verses what I paid for which was the family suite. Thankfully, it worked out bc we had more space but the hotel ended up being sold out so that would have been bad had we lost our booking and not had a room. It did work out, just slightly bothersome how bad it could have been.

The only small complaint I have is it might b a bit pricey but so is everything else these days
