The weather was influential in our check in time. Our Dr. appointment was early and with one call we were checking into our room hours early. There appeared to be no early check in fee.I have a hard time getting comfortable in any bed but my own, but found the mattress very comfortable and slept with no problem. We made special request for extra face clothes and towels when we reserved and they were in the bathroom. The room warmed very quickly and the temperature stayed consistent through the night. There was a remote for the timing and temperature which was used to set the temperature but then was no longer needed until morning. The mini fridge was of consistent temperature before use and food and insulin stayed fresh. John came down and reset the TV as it was not able to turn on. There were two problems that were easily solved, the key cards were inconsistent, but never when everyone was out of the room only when two people were out and one was in the bathroom... Lol,so when the three of us needed access to the room the key cards worked and we found this hilarious. The other thing was the water pressure in the sink was extreme and sprayed water from the counter all over the floor. This required the used towels to be spread on the floor like rugs to contain the water. Turning the faucet on slowly after the first few times solved the problem but forgot to mention this to staff before checking out. The morning we checked out the room services cleaning ladies were singing, l doubt she even realizes she does this but it made my whole day to see how happy she was with the work she does. My momma always told me ninety nine percent of your job is the people you work for and the people you work with. It is unusual in the times we are living in for a worker to seem so content. I hope corporate appreciates the people that does such great work with such great attitude.

The location is excellent. The room was comfortable for the price. I thought it was overpriced, however, as it cost over $100 per night plus tax. Of course, it was the middle of summer. The staff were OK, although not especially friendly. Comparing them with staff from 5 years ago at the same location, they were not friendly at all.

The staff did not appear friendly or interested in helping me. I had no bad experiences, but it seemed they were not interested in making me feel comfortable.

The room would be a nice size for one person. I did book a one bed for the price last minute. The facility was always clean, but the lights flickered a lot. The staff was al friendly and accommodating. Good experience for the price.

There weren’t really any amenities, but otherwise decent. The pool was closed. Great place to just crash for a night or two. Not really good for staying a while.

Renovated room and the staff working when I came in were super nice and accommodating!

With the renovated rooms, the flooring is a bit slick for dogs. But for clean up it's fabulous. The tub in 220 didn't drain well, so my shower was a little of both bath and shower. There is no fridge in 321 which is why I was moved to 220. There is no wall art or anything decorative in the rooms. NOT a big deal and maybe that is coming?

- Room is roomy. - Large desk to use as table. - Room seems clean. - Motel has elevator to take my upstairs.

- The door had a slight skew to it hence caught the door frame a bit. It was hard to open at first. I had to bump into it with shoulder to open. The door should be checked and repaired. - The control of the AC/heating system was very dated. It has only cool/hot switch and temperature slider. I slide the temperature all the way to the coldest setting, 50F. It was blowing mild cool wind. the system should be checked and updated. - People next door had dogs with them, and the dog barked often. The bark can be heard through the connecting suite door. The hotel should allocate the non-pet people different from the people with pet. It will be better IMHO.

It’s always clean, the staff is amazing and extremely helpful, the guests are also kind, friendly and helpful. It’s also a great place for pets.

The rooms are small and It would push it to a 10 if they had some breakfast of some sort.

manager was very helpful, room was great…simple clean, no nonsense room. they do not supply shampoo, hair dryer but did have soap available. this was fine with us, we didn’t get the room for shampoo. we were picking up a puppy so a room without carpet was perfect for us. this location did not charge extra for pets which is another bonus to stay.

vending machines not working properly and not able to get a refund…manager did not control vending machines which we understood.

Room was clean and neat. Love the location. Has nice walking sidewalks in area. Lots of food options. Close to interstate. Very secure with only access to room being inside the hotel.

No shampoo in shower. Lobby was cluttered with product deliveries. Especially around elevator. Shock absorber on rear lobby door broken. Carboard sign hanging on door. Stayed here 5 years ago. Place has really gotten to like it has poor maintenance. Hotel would be great with a little more basic maintenance before it gets to run down.

I don't like how they have a pool here but it's not open for anybody to swim it's an outside pool and they don't even have it fixed to where you can swim in it

Room was very clean! Bed was soft as was the linen and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was next to the freeway. I could here the numerous trucks, jake breaks, through the night.
