This is my second stay at this hotel. I end up traveling through the area for business and will keep on stopping here in the future too because this place is the best! It has been freshly renovated and the rooms are super comfy: bed is perfect, bedding is clean and crisp. The bathroom is spotless, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The layout of the room is user friendly. The facilities are lovely: pool and jacuzzi, outdoor sitting area- all inviting. A new outdoor seating area has been added since my last visit. The pet walking area is beautifully kept and the bag dispensers are all filled. All the key card operated doors work great. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Dogo snack packs free for the discriminating canine travelers. Fancy coffee machine, snacks and drinks sold at the front desk. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door and other dining options in walking distance as well.

This is a most stay hotel, the staff is super friendly and helpful, I kept extending my stay because I was waiting on a repair on my truck and the gentleman at the front desk kept telling me no problem and kept the same rate. the breakfast was delicious, they have waffles pancakes, eggs, sausage, etc, also, NO DOG FEES as long as it’s not more than 2 and the dog is less than 50lbs(if you are a pet owner, that’s a money saver) , it’s at a good location within walking distance from really good restaurants like crackle barrel, a Mexican restaurant a Wendy’s and a Hy-vee express, the jacuzzi in the pool area works. Overall it was a very very very pleasant stay.

I loved the variety of breakfast compared to all the other hotels I've stayed in. A fresh yogurt machine, automatic pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, eggs made different ways daily, and breakfast meats switched during the week we stayed here. The room was amazing and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. In the shower they have actual useful bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, on top of that they also have a bottle of moisturizer in the sink area (all dove brand).

The bed was a little too firm for my liking, however that's most hotels anyways so it wasn't a big deal for me. The Jacuzzi jets didn't all work when you set the timer, I believe 2 worked.

Was easy to find. Room was decent. Breakfast was quite good. we had an accessible room. The washroom/shower was excellent.

For an accessible room, it was a very awkward layout and the bed was smaller than a queen sized bed. When we arrived in our room it smelled of stale urine and wet dog.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well-maintained.

Didn't care for the coffee for the breakfast (that could just be a matter of personal taste and not a reflection of the facility). Mattress was more firm than I prefer and did not sleep very well.

Rooms were quite clean. They had a full kitchen in the room! Full size fridge with an ice dispenser and a full oven. The whole place was relatively quiet.

Housekeepers were literally waiting for me to leave at 8:30. But all staff was kind. Other people cooking food smells. Gross. But a minor inconvenience.

The location was good for us, and the staff was wonderful. Everyone had a smile on their face and were so accommodating for whatever we needed. We will tell others about it and we will stay there again should we head that direction. Thank you.

The pool/hot tub, patio, stairwell, elevator, my room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area and hot&cold food selections were great. The front desk staff were very nice, helpful and efficient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Parking seemed limited but not too terrible.

TV, great lighting in the sink area, shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser in the shower, and lots of outlets between the beds.

Soap dispenser in the shower was empty and created a problem.

Good range of selections. Great toppings for waffles. Did not have option for our group of six to sit at same table, so we moved two chairs and squeezed them in at only table for four.

One of our 3 couples was on a different floor. Would have been nice to have a larger table available for breakfast.
