Very Nice and Accommodating owners/ staff. Ask and you shall receive, for sure! Compared to other places to stay in DM, this motel is very affordable.... but does lack newness and breakfast was general basics, but highly acceptable! Bed was very comfortable, excellent shower and location is excellent, as is the price.

I don't know how to answer this... .as breakfast DID carry all basics.... cereals, toast/yogurt/waffles and even fresh fruit! So, all in all... this was a good place to stay .... and again, very nice owners.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful.

I am using a cane and would have liked a walk in shower. I was told I could not reserve it, I would ask at check in. at check in I found out there was only one and it was gone. The tub was low and I did take a shower once as there was a grab bar. the fan in bathroom did not work. Breakfast was handy and was pleased they had decalf. all in all I am pleased with the choice.

This is a very affordable motel if you are needing an excellent bed to sleep in/ shower. Also, the folks who own/operate the motel are VERY nice.... are cheerful, ready to assist if needed. One could pay considerably MORE in the DM/ Clive area for lodging, but we have found this motel to be clean, comfortable, easily accessible to the Interstate/and major road ways/ attractions in the area.

Food selection was limited. Location was good. Clean and nicely remodeled.

Toilets were low. When you say on the side of the beds you were sliding out (hard to sit on the edges). For me, the clerk was hard to understand. He was of India descent therefore spoke broken English, spoke to fast, and punctuation was hard to understand. I know my hearing isn't the best but all in all made it hard to communicate. But he was friendly and did what he could to accommodate. Toilet would occasionally run, and shower had constant drip.

I like having breakfast. I always stay at a hotel that has it. Staff were friendly.

I don’t like having the big bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that other people have used. I didn’t use them. They had left little bars of soap to use. I like the little bottles for individual use. More sanitary.

The breakfast was good. They had waffles and the cereal I like plus juice. The location is convenient to where I live. My sister and I stayed there because my house is small. The price is fair too. There are restaurants near by. It was easy to check in.

I could not figure out how to use the television. I don't have internet TV at my house and I am not used to figuring out all the stations.

The front desk people were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and bathroom excellent.

It took all day to get room cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and just never had the room cleaned. Just got fresh towels

Room was big, beds were comfortable, shower had GREAT water pressure and the a/c worked very well!

room on 2nd floor with no elevator. have 2 knee replacements so steps are hard for me. Also, fridge didn't work and hotel ice machine wasn't working so we had to buy ice although the hotel tried to provide a little but not enough for leftovers and water for a 3 night stay

The hotel, facility, cleanliness, and comfort Was very good The price made it even better.

My only complaint was the breakfast, just not enough food out at all times. And I might save the coffee was brutal but when there was a muffin and a yogurt available, it was very good.
