Super quiet which was nice since I stayed with two toddlers, staff was extremely nice every time I spoke to someone, very convenient area! Would stay again probably!

I wasn't sure the room was cleaned properly.. there was the previous guests (or maybe cleaners) hair strands left in the tub.. they were dry and on the side! That made me a little uncomfortable but the rest of the room seemed clean.

The pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the usual for a continental breakfast. The staff upgraded our room to a suite, because the only other double room they had was directly next to the steps that lead down to the lobby, which was loud. An annoying group was partying outside, but once staff moved us, we couldn’t hear any partying and our view included a pretty fountain and walking trail.

The breakfast area was a gross, sticky mess. There was syrup all over the floor. Another guest and I cleaned it up a little bit because there was no staff attending to the mess or refilling the food. Our room had a straw wrapper left from a previous guest, I pulled out the desk chair to sit down and it was covered in crumbs. I had to go to the front desk both days for towels. The key cards were constantly needing to be re-magnetized over and over. It happened to us, and I heard several other groups go to the front desk and say their cards weren’t working.

The room and hot tub were great, very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and accommodating.

The neighbors above us and to the side of us were exceptionally noisy. Granted this was the weekend of prom (unbeknownst to us), so that was outside of the control of the hotel and is not part of this evaluation.

Pitiful breakfast set up. Very basic. On Sunday breakfast last till 9:30 AM. We arrived at 8:55 AM. Only thing left was 2 boiled eggs and some cereal. Bar was not restocked as needed. No muffins or pastries. No coffee and juice.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with several hot options. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were lots of outlets and plenty of lighting.

Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. We were looking forward to this amenity and were very disappointed. Had I known ahead of time I would not have stayed here. Also there were not many tv channels and at least a fourth of them were sports related.

Our room had a big shower that was fairly new. Great water pressure.

Hot tub was dirty. Pool area was very cold. Breakfast was not as expected, no eggs bacon or sausage. The gravy for the biscuits was lukewarm at best. Some of the juices were out.

I like working with booking.com. that made it really easy. I liked that the Country Inn & suites staff was friendly and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My mom didn't like the pillows, they were too thick and also too squishy. We regretted that we were on the second floor and they were ice machines on the first floor in the third floor. We probably would have enjoyed variety at breakfast instead of having the same three dishes offered.

Very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Easy check in/check out.

Location easy to see from interstate but hard to get to parking lot . Building behind My Place and two other hotels.

Location to get into parking lot
