The breakfast was ok but there was a man who was helping out at breakfast who went above and beyond chatting with us and even clearing our plates for us. I didn't catch his name but he was great (he was there on Friday may 23rd) overall the staff was friendly

It’s easy to get to from the interstate. Very quiet. And is located in a very nice area with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

There was a storm during the night. The elevators stopped working. Finally someone came to reset them in the afternoon.

This property was centrally located by many restaurants. All the staff were amazing, from the front desk to the ladies doing breakfast in the morning. The games available, pool and workout room made our trip like a home away from home!

Everything was awesome at the hotel.

The only thing that could have been better were a hot tub and softer blanket for the couch bed.

The front desk staff was nice. The pillows on the bed were terrible, not comfortable at all. Not soft at all, no firmness, and the stuffing in them just clumped into wads of stuffing. When we went down to get breakfast at 9am,(breakfast is supposed to go from 6am-10am) there was nothing left to eat. All of the hot food was gone, the juices were empty, and cereal was gone. Therefore, we were not able to have our breakfast! Very unhappy! This was our first stay at a Tru by Hilton. I'm not sure we will stay at another one, as we travel quite often. If you can do anything to change our minds about trying a Tru by Hilton again, I'd like to hear about it. Thanks. Dissatisfied customer.

I loved the room. The kitchen setup is amazing. We had everything we needed without needing to bring our own dishes. I loved the big fridge & freezer, plenty of room for food all weekend. The room was nice & cold. The bed was so hard, we had trouble sleeping on it. We heard our neighbors way too easily. It was a very noisy weekend. There was constant running above us, constant slamming next to us. A couple had sex all throughout the night, their bedframe banging on the wall. First night, the pool was down. The second night, there was a huge party with drinking & over 50 people by the pool area, so we couldn't enjoy a nice swim, cops were called numerous times because of it. I know the hotel can't control any of the noise, but it was by far relaxing for us, which was very disappointing.
