Location. My room seemed updated and smelled nice. Pool and arcade were open. Nice grass area around the hotel to walk a dog. Also, they have an enclosed courtyard area for a pet or just a space to hang out. Beds and pillows were comfy. The front desk was nice,attentive. Overall, kids had fun. It was a good stay with the family.

Could've updated curtains and lamps. My shower pull didn't pull all the way, so it leaked water and affected my water pressure. Ordered from restaurant, first day pizza was burnt and dry..and fried chicken waaay too salty. 2nd day pizza we ordered was good. No free hot breakfast as they advertised in my welcome email/txt. Cereal,fruit,muffin/pastry all I saw. Fitness treadmill had 1 speed, feel buttons on both were broken. No big deal(to me)

I liked the swimming area, the staff were friendly, my kids had a blast. It felt like a nice space family friend environment which I enjoyed.

The wait time at check. The system for that is definitely flawed and the wait times are extreme. But I understand it was none of the current workers fault. They could use better staffing at the bar as well. The bartender was exhausted running around in literal circles. At least a bar back.

We specifically stayed there because of the water park which the kids loved. Derrick ( one of the life guards) was exceptional! He was firm with the kids but personable and interacted so well with all kids. He acted happy to be there and the kids thought he was great- as did I.

Property was dated. Carpet in hallway was threadbare in places. Our entire stay there were dirty sheets on the floor in the hallway and in another place a dirty rag. Our room seemed clean and I had no complaints bout that.

I don't know why there's so many bad reviews & complainers..we loved the property! Ya the rooms weren't anything special and kind of outdated, but the price was great, especially for having the indoor waterpark area.

Honestly it only feels bad in the waterpark area until you get in the water, then it feels good, unless you're in there too long..there's so much chlorine in the water it did give my family burns and even after showering and back home we still smell of chlorine badly.

I moved rooms I left couple things in the room I moved from staff took me back to look for what I left and it wasn't there thought maybe I left them at home but didn't find them at home so my guess it house keeping found them and never turn them in only complaint I got I will stay there again regardless my son had fabulous time but there is atleast one unhonest house keeper

The staff was friendly. The on-site Boss Pizza Restaurant and Bar was excellent and reasonably priced. Our room had plenty of space for the 5 of us. I like the 2 doors in the room. One door entered from the back hallway, and the second door entered the pool, arcade, tiki bar, and restaurant. The pool/waterpark had at least 6 lifeguards, which was very nice to see. Most hotels usually have a sign simply stating no lifeguard on duty.

The only thing that I didn't like which clearly couldn't be helped was the overwhelming chlorine smell from the pool/waterpark when you enter the hotel.

Was a great experience. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. The water slides were a lot of fun for the kids. We ordered pizza from the restaurant which was great.

It is an older hotel which we expected. One of the pools was closed during our stay so the other pools were a little crowded. The jets on the hot tub were not working.

Took too long to check in. I under it was busy. I did the online pre-check, however, it took me 40 minutes in line to finish check-in and get room/key. Info online suggested a kid-free time at pool at end of night, so we waited. It didn’t happen, so the main reason we booked our group— with the waterpark — we were unable to utilize.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff, even after a room mix-up. The staff did everything they could to make our stay great. My kiddo loved the pirate ship pool area. The lifeguards were artentive and friendly.

The hotel and pool areas could use some updates, but overall was good. There is obvious wear on the kids pool areas, which is to be expected with as many people that use them.

Family gathering with a small child - the balcony upgrade was a bit of a must. Lifeguards were present and available. Bar was open and accommodating. Check in and out was reasonable. Arcade was nice even for a smaller child.

Breakfast was limited to 4 items for 8.99 - bacon, pancakes, hashbrowns, and eggs. No toast or bread products, muffins, fruit, or other meats. Just limited for the pricetag. But server was nice.
