Pet friendly, many choices and options for breakfast. Very clean. The morning staff were very friendly. Overall enjoyed our stay!!

When we checked in, I had reminded the front staff about the dog we would be bringing in. I run a dog rescue and drove across the country with him to be adopted. I made sure to put these details in the notes ahead of time. I was sent a message that there would be no $75 pet fee charge, and she was very upset that the booking.com didn't communicate with them and it. After the attitude went away, she kindly waived the $75 pet fee as we are a 501 (c)3. The side door to the parking lot didn't work.

Felt safe the whole time. Very comfortable. Quiet. Coffee on in the lobby all day! Seeing the construction on the building showing the care in maintaining a safe facility. There are three different restaraunts on the ground level.

The pool was a little cold getting in but got used to it pretty quick. Was wishing for a hot tub but oh well. Over all very satisfied with whole experience. Construction blocked some of our view but it's a necessary evil. Didn't like that we had to go outside and walk around the building to access the restaraunts but at least we didn't have to drive across town for food.

Location near Drake diner. Efficient use of space. The security system on the elevator the curtain that separates the bed from the rest of the room for late night TV watching. Special mention for the two ladies serving breakfast: mindful of the inclement weather, they chose to come into the hotel at midnight so they would be available to serve breakfast in the morning. That is true dedication, and quality that should be reinforced and rewarded.

Nice newer hotel, modern and bright. Decent breakfast bar for guests. Coffee too. *Join and book through booking.com, we saved over $120 for our 3 night weekend stay. Pets are allowed, $75/stay. Nice suite with a curtain between the bed and couch, not a wall. Full size refrigerator, microwave and even a dishwasher! Weird how you have to put your keycard into a slot to keep the kitchen light on.

I was disappointed that there is no hot tub, just a pool.

The $75 pet fee was ridiculous!!! The going fee along my way from AZ to MN ranged from $20-40. There is no way you clean the carpet or do anything extra that costs $75. I will avoid Hilton stays with my dog-who is hypoallergenic-in the future!!!

Everything was nice and accessible

We had an issue with people in the parking lot harassing and also seeming like they were trying to get in with no key and staying in the parking lot for a long time. Front desk only walked my partner inside. Did not call any type of security or police.

Well, some of the items were loose like the faucet in the bathroom was loose. There was an electrical socket loose, and the microwave was unplugged. It was hard to reach..

It was clean and comfortable. it was nice to have a full kitchen and plenty of space. The curtain between beds and couch is a nice touch. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. The pool uses salt rather than chemicals. Pool was slightly cold but not too bad. The area was great. We were able to walk to dinner, and it was a short drive to downtown.

Having more than one high chair in the breakfast area would be helpful.

I had a quick and comfortable stay at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton. The rooms were very spacious, clean and had all the right amenities. The check in process was seamless and I managed to check in earlier than the check in time. Polite staff and a good location right on University avenue at Drake University.

Breakfast was very average. Would be good to have bottled water as well.

so many things at breakfast had sugar in them, including the yogurt. It would be nice to have different choices.
