Location close to Hyvee Hall. Rooms were comfortable. Meals on premises were very helpful. Shuttle to Hyvee Hall was very convenient. Drivers Johnny and Mike were great.

The girl at reception was very rude. (I think her name was Angie) She spoke so fast that she couldn't be understood over the phone. Hung up on us on 3 different occasions when 3 different persons in our company asked her to repeat what she said. We waited 45min for a shuttle and eventually walked from Hyvee Hall to the hotel. No big deal, but 2 persons had the flu and bad chests, worsened by the cold air. It was different when she was not on duty.

Evening clerk forgot that I went to get license plate and went behind wall. They just happened to look out after I stood there for some minutes. Morning guy was not friendly and acted like it was a bother to wait on us. Was talking to another person and didn't want to stop conversation even though they were just chit chatting.

The dinner was plentyful and tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking lot wasn't great. The toilet didn't flush without taking the lid off the tank and manually flushing it. Other than that the close access to the hospital was great. As that was our early destination.

The swimming pool area was very cold. The pool itself was warm, but you could warm the room area up.

I did not like the extra charge Booking.com charges on your hotel. I stayed an extra day and saved over$70 for that night by not going thru booking.com. Ridiculous!

Very nice place very clean nice rooms

Staff was rude when asked a question, in the morning there was no coffee down there in the lobby something was said to the gentleman behind the desk about it by another guest and he said that wasn't his problem. I was supposed to get free breakfast coupons that I did not get when I checked in when I asked about it I was told that it wasn't his mistake.

I was happy with the stay.But I booked a room less than 2 hours before using your app AfterI contacted them for my money back they refunded your discounted price next time I will use your app.

The holiday inn should have been able to give me $220.00 instead of the discount your gave me by using your app so I didn't get a good deal. But I will use your app next time.

Breakfast was ok. Didn't like the fact I had to pay for it. Did really like the shuttle bus. Mike was great disappointed that it did not have it's night buffer they offered that was one of the reasons we stayed there

Got there @ 3:00 for check in, as expected it was busy as that time is designated check in. Probably a good Idea to have 2 or 3 employees @ the front desk then rather than 1.

Close to the Hy-Vee center. Rooms were clean . Staff was awsome

Parking was bad. We had to park in the garage. When we left in the morning our vehicle has concrete dust and small pieces all over the hood and roof from the ceiling of the garage. This was very concerning. They need to redo the structure.

The beds were very comfortable and the restaurant served delicious food. The courtesy shuttle to and from Wells Fargo was by far the biggest selling point to staying here.

The bathroom in the room needs to be updated. The windows could also be updated. It was a nice room but outdated.
