Great location for easy access to the conference held at the Iowa Events Center. Easy to use room thermostat. Variety of pillow stuffings. Different pressure options for shower head. Lots of organizational areas for belongings - large closet, several drawers, cubby under night stand. nice accent chair and big desk space. Baby fridge was good - concealed in cabinet (helped decrease buzzing sound). Appreciated that under bed was not accessible/ bed frame-base was solid, so I didn't lose anything under the bed.

Night stand is very deep, accidentally hit my head on corner when reaching for fallen pillow in the dark. Not many underground parking spots - was afraid to move my car out and lose my spot. Elevator was SLOW to pick up guests at busy times (at the beginning/ end of the conference day), not able to easily find stairway to walk the 2 flights to room when busy. No microwave in room. Water temperature in sink was inconsistent (randomly, especially when shower was off). No extra blanket available in room.

Room was clean, large shower is a plus as I am a bigger person. The hotel was quiet at the staff were helpful.

The amount of food in the restaurant for the money was not where it could have been. On top of that the pasta I had ordered had no protein on it. The $30 a night stay to park my vehicle is a bit excessive, and the grab and go might have been the worst price wise that I have seen.

Was a very nice property very friendly staff. The front desk was very honest my mother left a billfold of money accidentally under the pillow, and they went up and found it right away and we would we went back. It was there all of it.

The room was dirty that was peanut shells on the floor and they charged for everything no complementary breakfast there or coffee except for in the room, which was not good

Location, cleanliness, pool. The person in the breakfast area. Super nice. The vann drivers.

Cray stupid prices for the breakfast buffet. I walked to breakfast places due to the usury price for scrambled eggs and bacon. My wife had oatmeal. 50 dollars. Get real.

The hotel is super clean. The staff is helpful & friendly. Also, the hotel is super close to Wells Fargo Arena so easy to walk the block or use the skywalks & close to restaurants. We also felt very safe at all times. For the hotel being sold out - it was VERY quiet.

The parking is GREAT - especially if you are coming for an event like concerts at Wells Fargo (and parking fills up QUICKLY in that area.) So having parking available that is for the hotel guest only is great - but cost $25 per car. It's a bit pricey - but worth still worth it.

Great location. Nice facilities. Loved the restaurant and bar area. Easy access to downtown activities.

I asked for housekeeping during our stay, since it was offered and 4 people use a lot of towels. I requested addition towels the first night right away. We only had 3 for 4 people. The towels didn’t come. So the next day I replied to the text message and housekeeping brought towels. They took the trash and asked what else I needed. I got new shampoo and conditioner and soap. I thought they would come back and replenish stuff and take the dirty towels. Nope. That was a bit disappointing. Everything else was good.

It was modern, clean and well maintained! Sky walks to Wells Fargo Arena we’re super convenient.

Parking garage was completely full so we had to park in a ramp that we had to pay for. The hotel staff said when the hotel was built, the parking garage wasn’t built large enough which was odd. Also, we were in the pool and maintenance came in and said that we all needed to get out because they needed to test the water. They then said the chlorine level was too high so the pool was closed indefinitely until the levels were corrected. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool at all before we had to check out and my kids were super bummed.

Amazing pool and very clean. Loved the skywalk to get to and from. They ran out of room for parking but the parking garage was so easy to get to and the skywalk made it super quick to get back to and from it.

The only thing I didn’t just like is the bar location being in the lobby only for personal preference since I don’t drink normally it just felt a little awkward walking through the downstairs entrance.

We had a drink and ordered apps. at the bar and we were attending event at the Wells Fargo Arena. It took like over an hour for an order of kids sliders and chips & salsa. We had to eat so fast once we got the food because we had to rush to get to our event. It was a little disappointing. That was the only thing that wasn't so great about our stay.

Everything, minus the things I didn't like. Great hotel, 2nd time we have stayed there.

Air conditioner in room did not get the room cool enough to sleep. Set it to lowest setting with fan set to on and stayed between 71 and 72 degrees the whole time. Very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Cost of drinks/food is outrageous, I understand the current economic situation but 10+$ for a weak vodka tonic at the bar is shameful. Food was great, but $56.00 for two salads and spin dip was the straw that broke the camel's back.
