Everything was great from the moment we checked in. When we were checking out we were using the exit that butted up to some shrubbery between buildings and we saw a syringe needle on the ground near the exit and when we notified one of the housekeepers she quickly apologized and came to dispose of it. She also asked if my husband and I were both okay and she apologized profusely. She was amazing and was very kind in caring for our safety. Even when we had a couple friends over past midnight I know conversation got loud but nobody came knocking on our door to ruin the vibe. Love the atmosphere and will definitely come back!

Megan was very pleasant and helpful when we checked in. She wa multi- tasking answering the phone and working to get us our room timely. She was great!! Two ladies that were cleaning rooms upstairs were very nice and smiled and greeted us each time we passed by. Hotel was much cleaner and breakfast was very good, nice variety. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation. Excellent price point!! We were really surprised noise was minimal at night which was nice.

Mattress was so so. Our backs hurt both mornings. Key worked Intermittently at exterior doors. Another guest told us that was normal. There’s definitely some cosmetic things that could be repaired / improved but it really was a good stay.

Very close to the airport, with restaurants & grocery store on the same street. Our basic need was to be close to the airport & a clean room, which it provided. Cost vs quality in this area is high at all airport hotels. There are probably better hotels, but we just needed to sleep for 1 night. We would stay here again, if need be.

If there was an elevator, it wasn't offered. We were told where to park for easy access to the room - which it was - but had to climb stairs to the second floor.

The front desk woman asked if we would prefer first floor as they did have an elevator. We said yes and she gave us a more expensive room at no extra cost. She was very caring. The breakfast buffet was really good, waffles , biscuits & gravy and much more.

Your staff is always really very friendly there, and I’ve never overcharged for more than what I agree

The last two times I have stayed there the rooms between 132 and 120 there’s a room that you can smell pot real strong coming out of. I don’t know what you can do about it, but it does need to be addressed as it’s very offensive. Also, I think you need to have your carpets cleaned. I was noticing a lot of tracks of dirt in the hallways in my room 222 until the air conditioner took the humidity out. It was a carpet was very tacky for 

I was traveling with a trailer and I found plenty of open spaces to pull in and use two spots for truck and trailer, but on busy summer weekends I could see parking being a challenge. Overall stay was great, although Pool area was under construction.

The bed was comfortable and they serve breakfast in the morning.

I booked online and was getting a 1 queen bed and was told at the desk there wasn't none available but online they had 1 available so I had to get 2queen beds and paid a little more for something I didn't need. The toilet seat was loose also.

Nothing. It was perfect for my needs. The only thing was I didn’t know I was going to have an additional $50 charge that would later be refunded. I had to call to find out why I was charged more than I expected.

Everything was great! I was on the second floor and I have a bad back and the staff carried my luggage up and also down during checkout. They were great❤❤ I also loved the shuttle to the airport!!

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for construction and repairs - just unfortunate timing.
