Bed was comfortable. Small room…only in room 6 hrs due to late plane arrival.

My flight was cancelled on Dec 26th because of dense fog in Des Moines. (United). I received no refund because I had to cancel my reservation. I thought that was unfair, as cancellation was not my fault. I rebooked for Dec 27th, but had to pay even more for my room because it was on a Friday and rates go up on weekends. The double expense was hard on me, as I am low of money, immediately following Christmas! I also was NOT given a senior rate nor an ARRP discount. I am 77 yrs. old as of 11/30/2024. I am always given a Senior reduction in price at other motels I have stayed at.i was extremely tired

Was a small great place. The breakfast was great. The staff was so nice. Had computer to print boarding passes. Room was nice. Had frig in room and microwave. Couldn't ask for anything else.

The first room we had faced the street. Heat lamp in bathroom was busted and the noise from the building of airport was loud. We switched to a king size room in the back of the building and it was fantastic.

the entire hotel was clean, and it looked like all the flooring was brand new.

There was an entire youth sports team was there, so the breakfast was gone, the pool was always full, and the hallways were always full and very loud. I only ever saw the 1 person working. It would have been nice to have someone walking around trying to keep things Im some semblance of order.

We liked that there was actually breakfast still available when we walked into eat at 7:30am, unlike the last Quality Inn we stayed at it was gone by 7 am both days and was not refilled!

The hot tub was not working and after 1200 miles we sure could of used a good soak for sore muscles! The coffee maker did not work in our room and neither did the usb port for charging my phone! The desk was made aware of the issues and very apologetic!

Best Inn I ever stayed. I like the smell as soon as you enter the room, the size of the room is legit. Just surprised us that the hotel pillows are tiny, lol --- could be the "Iowa standard size pillow" The location is reasonable too, being located in a small town. Hot Breakfast is awesome. I like it when the staff say Hi and checks on us when they are filling in the hot breakfast menu. I like their pool - its clean and very nice. I love Rose, she helped me with my reservation - assisting me to get a military discount and very accommodating.

hmmm... maybe just the availabilty of the staff to answer the phone. Besides that all is great.

Check in staff was especially helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. I have difficulty walking, and they helped by giving us a room very close to the entrance.

There was no hot water for her morning shower.

The facility looked new and modern. It was very clean without any odors. The staff was friendly and made sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. Our room was cleaned daily, and the beds were made. The breakfast was wonderful. I will definitely be using this Inn every time I visit my daughter on Des Moines!

The Jacuzzi was closed off for remodeling, and wasn't giving a notification about it until I got there, and no elevator to 3 rd floor, Walk up only

The room was clean and comfortable. They provided a full hot breakfast.

We weren't able to get temperature regulated in the room. We didn't realize we had to pay for parking during our park and fly stay until we arrived.

Convenient location, surprisingly quiet for being by the airport, easy check in and out.

The sheets and the shower curtain both had stains in a couple places and I don’t like that.
