I cannot express enough gratitude to the management of this hotel, especially Corey, for their kindness and understanding. Due to unexpected circumstances, I found myself in a difficult situation that could have prevented me from staying, but the team went above and beyond to assess everything carefully and accommodate me. Their compassion and willingness to help truly made all the difference, turning what could have been a stressful experience into one of comfort and relief. Exceptional service like this is rare, and I deeply appreciate their thoughtfulness. Thank you again!

The breakfast was very good! Nice variety & tasty. Clean accommodations throughout. The staff was very friendly & helpful & made checkin & checkout simple. Bed was very comfortable! Nice, newer tv. Mostly updated. Quiet, even though it was right off the interstate.

The room had been partially updated & looked very clean & nice. The only exception to that was the toilet & tub/shower. Although they were both clean, they were yellowed with age & just didn't look as good as the rest of room. The toilet sat at an odd angle as well.

breakfast was ok eggs were nasty but the rest was ok pool was good needed a hot tub conveniant to get to and was where we wanted to be close to shopping also

holes in the wall in our bathroom and some one stuck toilet paper in the holes and the towel holder was falling off the wall where they moved it to. I assume that is why there were holes above the toilet

It was above average overall. Nothing stood out as exceptional and nothing stood out as horrible.

There should be kleenex/tissues in the room. I think this is the only hotel where there weren't any. That doesn't change my rating of my stay though.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, clean, breakfast better than most.

Although we didn't swim, the pool could use refinishing.

We really liked staying near the side door. It made it easy for us to come and go.

Clean, comfortable, smelled good

Our room was right next to the pool and we heard everything bump, thud and yell associated with the pool noise.

We had an awesome experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. We asked if we could check in early and the manager had no problem with us coming in early. He waived the extra fee for us. When we got into the room if was very clean and even smelled clean. The beds and pillows were absolutely the most comfortable I have ever slept in. It was wonderful.

Could have had a bigger room for breakfast.

The checkin staff member was friendly - room was clean and comfortable. The location was great - restaurants, shopping and gas all close.

We found rooms to be clean and comfortable. There was a free breakfast that was modest -- appropriate for the rate paid. Would stay again

Didn't have any beefs. Cleverly hidden location behind a McDonalds.
