Good location for us…near the main roads going in and out of Pella. Clean, quiet, all day coffee, a place to sit with friends or family outside the room. Some fast food across and down the street. Good showers with plenty of hot water. Thankful for the coffee machine, fridge and microwave.

The breakfast was typical “chain food” processed eggs and sausage with the usual waffles, dry cereal, oatmeal, and juices. The packaged pastry was dry, as was the “fresh bread” that seemed to be left out too long and not replaced by real fresh breads. Thankful for fresh fruit and yogurt.

It was clean and well groomed. And the continental breakfast was great. Although the cereal was stale. But they let us use the lounge room for a bridal shower of 8 people for free. Great people.

The jacuzzi was inoperable. Was looking forward to a jacuzzi sit especially staying 6 days. The toilet did back up but they fixed it instantly.

The lady at the front desk during check in was very friendly. Our room was clean.

Breakfast could use some attention. The Bisquits were rock hard. The sausage gravy was cold. The potatoes were soggy. The only good thing was there was coffee and it was hot.

The bed was very comfortable. It was conveniently located and easy to get to. It was very clean.

The breakfast could have been better. They had biscuits and gravy every day and it wasn’t always hot, and didn’t have much flavor.

Very clean and comfortable. What time we were actually at the hotel it was very quiet. Breakfast on Saturday morning was very good. Will stay again when in that area

Very disappointed that there was not an ice machine for ice in the room. The refrigerator wasn't working very well. Breakfast on Sunday left a lot to be desired, biscuits very hard, eggs like rubber, no bananas.

The night (1030) clerk (young petite female) was exceptional! Even though she had a guest when I came in, she acknowledged me, then at check in was fast efficient, and super friendly. Then at checkout in the am (715), the clerk was just as fast, friendly, and processed me out perfectly. The management should keep an eye on these young ladies, they are definitely assets who will build that business with just their attitudes toward guests!

Breakfast exceeded our expectations as far as variety and quantity of food. It was arranged nicely.

The breakfast sausage and eggs were only slightly lukewarm, and we didn’t discover the microwave until ready to leave. The gravy was hot.

Staff was friendly. Cleanliness was good. Property upkeep was good.

Hot breakfast warm the first day, barely warm the second day @ 8:00am. TV would turn on & off but could not get any other button to work. Mini bummer.

The breakfast was great. The hotel was located close to the town of Pella. We were there for 2 nights and everything was great about the stay. If in the area again would definitely stay there and will recommend to others.

There really was not a thing to dislike.

The location was good. Staff was nice. The beds were really comfortable.

The only chair to sit in was a rolling desk chair. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room. The room was more than big enough to accommodate such a chair. I thought it was expensive for the type of accommodation.
