AWESOME Everything!!! HUGE room with 10ft high ceilings! Most comfortable bed ever slept in!! beautiful tastefull decor..  huge bathroom . Seattle’s best coffee in room, Teavana tea.  continental breakfast is very good… Staff we’re all very pleasant🦋  there is even a large meeting room available on the lower level.. the breakfast level is lined with large windows at overlook a pretty pond… very quiet and comfortable. We said it’s the best hotel room we ever stayed in for a very reasonable price.

Had a little trouble turning the shower water on, but conquered that. Toilet was very low to rise from if u are used to new comfort height toilets. (Suggest hotel add a grab bar on wall to make it easier for us older yet non handicapped visitors). When bathroom light is on the fan runs constantly— common in most hotels to remove moisture but also annoying..I temporarily moved a table lamp to the large bathroom so we wouldn’t stumble in the dark during the night.. despite these comments THIS IS the MOST BEAUTIFUL and comfortable hotel we ever stayed in!! GO!!

Front Desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, even changed my room so I wouldn’t have to carry my dog up and down the stairs or wait for the elevator. And the breakfast room was clean, with a nice assortment of breakfast items and good coffee.

There was only one size of coffee cup available, which was small.

I was impressed by this “2” star hotel, I thought I was booking a cheap motel and was shown something different. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also surprisingly good.rooms were clean and spacious.

The beds could have been a little softer. And we found 2 large house centipedes in our bathroom that scared the crap out of me.

The breakfast was below average. No juice and a limited supply of fresh fruit. We would of preferred a location closer to town. Didn't understand when the bar was open. Other than breakfast, had to leave for any other services we needed.

I thought the value of our stay was over priced.

My husband and I stayed here, one night, after almost 12 hours on the road. The bed was sooo comfortable! Room was excellent - roomy with a small kitchenette area. The breakfast, next morning, was excellent with many choices. The location, right off the Interstate, was perfect! When we checked out, the manager asked about our stay. Staff was great! We will stay at this hotel chain on future trips!

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and offered ample space for myself.

The only draw back was maid service cleaned, redreshed the in-room coffee, soaps and shampoos they don't refresh bedding. Although thats not a probkem but they didn't make the bed either. I thought that was peculiar. Not a deal breaker I just didn't expect that the bed wouldn't be made.

Check in time was flexible...staff was present even though we arrived late night. Friendly staff. Room was quiet despite being next to an interstate. A?C worked well. Bed was comfortable. Parking lot is lighted, easy to get into and out of

Personal preference, but a bit too much stale cigarette smoke smell in some parts.

Clean room and great staff.

The air fresheners were very strong smelling. This caused an allergic reaction. Fortunately, the air fresheners are only in the public spaces, not in the room.

Typical hotel breakfast. It was fine.

Fee for the room safe added to my final bill. Didn’t use it and don’t remember it listed in the amenities but it probably was. Have never been charged additional fee for a room safe at other hotels.

The only thing that I was disappointed in was the breakfast, it was your basic hotel breakfast but nothing really exciting other than that we love staying here
