It is a cute and very clean hotel, the nicest around for a very remote location in the middle of iowa... the only reason I didn't give it a 10 out of 10 is because although it is very clean amd well kept, it just needs some updates like the blankets and are a little worn out, maybe some better coffee in the rooms, and the mattresses were a bit worn and did not have bed bug protectors on them, and the breakfast didn't have much of a selection- if they would've had some bacon or sausage or other fruit besides apples it would've been much nicer... otherwise the staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Staff would get a 10 out of 10 from me

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas and room were clean and the beds were comfortable. We will be back next time we’re in Iowa.

There is no elevator. If you are disabled I would request a room on the first floor. I also wish they offered more than white breads and cereal for breakfast.

The staff was extraordinary! Our son got a stomach bug from something he had eaten and vomited late at night. The night desk lady, was fantastic! She went above and beyond by washing my son's clothes and his stuffed animal for us. She even went into the dining area and got him some bread for his stomach. She was extremely kind and thoughtful. This hotel excels at customer service and cleanliness! We will without a doubt stay here again.

Everything. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The young lady at the desk went above and beyond the call of duty the day we checked out.

Very friendly staff greeted me, it was a last minute check in so it was late when I arrived. The room was very neat& clean. Had a refrig, with very small freezer( could put ice packs in)& coffee pot, microwave, blow dryer, cable t.v.& a few hangers, complentary soap& shampoo,(if you forget yours), Nice sitting area. Also the sink area is separate from the bathroom,(especially good if there are two of you),Sink area had very good lighting,& nice big mirror, (for us ladies to put makeup on). King Bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage for your things. I used the continuous fan with aircondioner, as I forgot my fan, it worked well, slept very good! Every where I looked in the hotel was very clean & inviting! Price was Great too! In morning came dwn to a a cheerful staff to start my day! I would recommend this place, not fancy, but very nice! Thank U Belvedere & staff!!

The stairs, they weren't bad, just that my luggage was heavy. But there are stairways on each end, so staff told me which was closest to my room, which helped.

For a continental breakfast it was ok

The location was central to my reason for staying. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great water pressure.

The room was clean, comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water!

The only thing I can complain about and it isnt a huge deal but the shower had an excessive amount of caulk around the bottom edge to try and seal a large gap.

The hotel is a nice destination for us bicycling from Iowa City, with a comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast is reasonable to get you started with your day.

Most everything was great except when traveling by bicycle it is important to take our bikes to the room for safety. In the morning we were rudely told we shouldn't have had our bikes in the room and their is usually an extra charge for that. I have traveled hundreds of times with bicycles and brought them to my room and have never encountered something like this.

Family in Sigournet, way better than the other motel in town. Breakfast okay

I forgot to ask for a ground level room. The room we got was great but older people prefer no stairs
