The room was decorated in a nostalgic style, but I was surprised that furnishings were or appeared to be new. When I reserved, I had just assumed it was an older property with older furnishings. Not the case at all. Very comfy and had everything I needed. Very quiet in the room and a great nights sleep. As an added bonus, good food and affordable gas are nearby.

The Inn sits on a hill, but given the location, although it is set back from the freeway, the freeway noise outside is pretty pervasive when you're sitting outside trying to enjoy the lovely grounds. However, it is very quiet inside the room, so not really a problem. Just that the grounds were really pretty so it's too bad the freeway noise is a constant companion outside.

Well kept little motel. I loved the decorations and comfort. Breakfast was exactly as we were told.

Coffee not available outside breakfast hours. I believe there was none as I went to refill the cup and the breakfast room was closed one minute before the end of breakfast time. I met another guy looking for coffee who didn't even know there was breakfast... Check-in until 10 PM could be a problem for travelers.

Absolutely fabulous!! The check in was fast, friendly and informative. The room was the cleanest I've ever seen in a motel room. It actually smelled clean too and was very homey! The location was awesome right off the highway. You could walk to several options for dinner. The motel was very quiet and safe and several lawn chairs outside with a great view.

Great setting w trees & picnic tables + shade on site; we had wine & cheese appetizers. Affordable price & locally owned ea room diff decor. Nice simple continental breakfast provided.

They cleaned the room w fresh towels but bed was NOT made. I talked to the owner & he said it was difficult to get & keep housekeeping staff.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. It was very cutely decorated and quiet too. They had a Continental breakfast which was nice and in a cute breakfast nook that was also quiet and relaxed. It was a relaxing place.

I had a little trouble with a fan coming on and blowing cold air on me in the bathtub. I also was unable to pull out the bathtub plug. Otherwise it was all good.

The rooms were charming with each one having a theme. Our room was decorated in a cardinal theme. Beds were comfortable and there were two comfy armchairs for relaxing.

The continental breakfast was only fair, a lot of prepackaged items... cinnamon rolls and granola bars, yogurt and fruit cups.

Just off the interstate so the location is a plus. The town of Williamsburg is close and absolutely charming with great restaurant choices.

We had a king-size room and the mattress was uncomfortable (no support). Cleaning could have been better - wouldn't expect a deep clean after every stay but it was obvious only surface cleaning happens.

This was a comfortable stop off the interstate: close enough to the Amana Colonies (and a specific store I wanted to visit in Williamsburg). There was plenty to do in the area.

Breakfast (pre-packaged cinnamon rolls?) and outlets! Hard to plug in phone and tablet...hairdryer and curling iron...

Location was perfect for me and my dog. Close drive to the dog Obedience & Rally Trials in Amana, IA. Outdoor area very pleasant and convenient for exercising my dog.

There was NOTHING mentioned in their information about charging $20.00 a night for my dog. I was not planning on having to be charged and extra $40 for my stay. This should have been included in the information on the locations site.

Quaint, retro, very convenient to Interstate and Amana Colonies not to mention the outlet mall (which has gone downhill since I was last there).

Heavy on the Christian proselytizing and also on rules violations. Woe be to anyone who messes with the rules!
