My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed — a perfect place to relax. The hotel restaurant exceeded expectations with delicious food and attentive service. Every detail reflected a commitment to excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

It's a hotel where you can feel and see everywhere that the staff and management care about their customers / the place. Incredibly friendly staff, best customer service I've seen in a long time, extremely flexible, going above and beyond. The room was really big and comfortable. You get a lot for your money :)

Great hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and well put together. The room I was in was huge, almost too the point I felt awkward because it was just me. Very comfortable bed and huge bathroom, and everything was clean and tidy.

It was beautiful, tasteful, spacious, calm (TV on in lobby with subtitles, volume off)

I thought the room was super quiet until, unfortunately, people in rooms next to and above us started moving about. It became clear that there should have been more attention during construction to building quiet rooms.

i did not use the on sight morning meal that was offered. it looked and smelled inviting though. I was in the area as a sponsor for the VA/DAV golf clinic for blind and disabled veterans. Being a disabled veteran with a service dog I found the Hotel exceedingly well set up for someone in my situation. There was not anything I would have wanted any different for my stay.

Room layout, comfort of mattress, heating and cooling controls, lighting. I did not care much for the LG television, Samsung out performs LG. I DID N

I did not care much for the LG television, Samsung brand televisions out perform LG bra d telecisions. I really didn't like the harsh and pervasive smell of chlorine from the swimming pool on the first level. The free breakfast needs a good deal of work. I don't know what the scrambled eggs were. The sausage gravy was hot and pleasant, not so much the biscuits, and the bacon was at the point of near incineration.

Location my the mall and yummy restaurants is perfect. Clean bathrooms. Great smelling soaps and shampoos. The bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfest food was great

Garbage can in the room was too small. Thexrefrigeratoe was hard to get to and unplugged. Couldnt get it working. So we couldn't keep our leftovers refrigerated. Pool too small. Teenagers were being unsupervised and being Loud in the pool area. Didn't have extra blankets for the hideabed

The level of helpfulness of the staff was beyond what we could have asked for. On the way to the hotel we hit a deer and the staff worked with us as I worked to get the car repaired so we could get back on the road.

I loved most it was right across from the mall and close to all our favorite places to eat out!

Our bathroom door lock was broken and there was a slight issue with the fire alarm but besides that amazing stay !

Long roadtrip so I overslept and missed breakfast. Wish it had ended at 10 A.M. as I was starving when I awoke.

Everything was great, just the timing on the breakfast could be longer! However, with or without breakfast, I still rate this hotel a 10!
