Did not eat breakfast, no coffee available in the lobby, had to go to the hotel attached to the Radisson for coffee. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast was not visible when my husband went over to ask about the coffee. Lots of parking. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Bed was comfortable.

Coffee/tea should be available in the lobby. The bathroom seemed very small- you had to step to the side of the toilet to close the door. I could hear anytime anyone flushed their toilet or ran water in their sinks or showers.

Quiet, great location with quick access to anything in the area, friendly staff, clean! Great breakfast with lots of tasty options. Bed was remarkably comfortable. Rooms have good cable TV and USB hookups to charge your items. Desk, chair, good-sized pullout couch and big king bed, decent closet, clean bathroom— Great setup if you need to stay a few days for business or a visit.

Room was lovely but bathroom fan was missing a light cover, the closet doors were secured in the top track but not in the bottom track, in one stairway there was a bucket collecting water from a leak - there’s just small spots in the building that need TLC, but they’re also easy to forgive.

Room was serviceable and comfortable.

I wanted to take the hotel shuttle to downtown Iowa City so the front desk woman contacted the shuttle to come get me. I waited for 15 minutes and the shuttle never came and she never gave me any further information. I ended up taking a Lyft.

The price was fantastic for a quick on-the-road stay! The hotel is kind of maze-like, sharing a restaurant with another hotel that adjoins on the back side. We liked the Kinnick/classic football decor in the hallways.

The beds were the high-centered kind that roll you to the middle. Because the breakfast was located in the restaurant, we expected it to be a step above typical, but it was the standard hotel breakfast. The restaurant was roped off to give guests their own space. We likely could have gone into the restaurant to purchase breakfast; it was just different than we expected.

The breakfast was rather standard per other hotels. It was another decent buffet style breakfast and the food served wasn't awful; my friend who stayed with me for our trip mentioned that the biscuits served were stale on one of the three days we stayed, but otherwise we had no complaints!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, food service was decent from what we experienced, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Our main compliant from our stay was that apparently there was some sort of party being held Saturday and Sunday and other guests staying were running up and down the halls, yelling and knocking on random doors before running off (so you couldn't catch them). We informed the front desk about the issue but I'm unsure if the problem was ever properly addressed.

The location is great. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the restaurant was very nice.

The television in the room didn’t work well and the shower had low water pressure.

They were nice. It seemed safe. Everything was clean. They booked our room before we got there so they upgraded us for free.

It got loud very early... 630am people were stomping and slamming doors. I can expect maybe 730-8 am but 630 was way too early.

The location was great because it was close to where we needed to be people were at the front desk friendly as well I didn't get a chance to eat anything at the restaurant there

The clerk on the night shift was awesome! I didn't catch his name but he was friendly and very accommodating. The room exceeded my expectations. It was huge and had a nice view of the lawn area.

bathroom was a bit small compared to the size of the room, but oh well.

The entity needs updated.. carpets probably, walls furniture etc.. there is a smell or constant stench of mold or just musty old in the rooms, halls and definitely in the indoor staircase carpeted areas. Likely needs updated.
