The overnight front desk lady was so sweet. Even though she was new, she did her job amazingly. The morning person who was doing breakfast could definitely be more friendly. The room was a typical hotel room. It was clean but not perfectly clean, but not dirty in any area that would have affected our stay.

Staff are friendly & accommodating. It's a convenient location within walking distance to local amenities and public transportation. The hotel is immaculately clean, comfortable, and secure. The breakfast is rather exceptional, too.

Chain hotels could give up the bread centered breakfast. I never eat them, although I'm certain that, despite being labeled "free", I and all the other patrons are paying for them. And on another note, how about a channel guide for the TV so I don't have to flip through everything to find what I'm looking for?

The breakfast was very good, but the staff was very professional and nice. The room was super comfortable and super clean.

I don't like it that you have to ask for new towels everyday. That should be automatic.

All the staff was very curtious and super helpful for anything I wanted or needed to know.

Out side end of building security doors didn't shut or lock at night time . That made me nervous.

Nice place were able to have a smoking room which is nice and hard to find I am disabled so anytime I can stay not have to go in and out to smoke is great

Stairs I am disabled and couldn’t get bottom floor room stairs are very hard for me

Great Lication, especially from the main highway.. if you like Iowa University Volleyball and local Ice Hockey team , walking distance to Arena

It was a great stay for a real value! Major kudos to the staff who rolled with losing some technology access during a very busy college family & football weekend. They were absolutely awesome!

There was nothing we didn't like- everything was great!

I liked the price, location, staff and continental breakfast. The room was very good except the freezer part of the refrigerator was caked in ice.
