Loved the staff! Room was nice! Views were great! Room was very clean

The carpet in the bathroom was not my favorite part it was still wet from previous guests, we rolled it up and moved aside. I was kind of disappointed the tub's drain was broke so water constantly drained and that was the main reason we booked that room was because it had a large tub. Parking ramp was a little confusing but we got it figured out and down fall was we had to pay for parking, hotel doesn't have it's on lot.

All staff interactions were great. Check in was one of the quickest & easiest I have ever had. Very quiet even with its location being right on the downtown Ped Mall. Room was very comfortable.

Parking structure is city owned, not controlled by the hotel. Large portions of the ramp were closed down for unstated reasons during a city sponsored large scale event on a Saturday. Parking filled up due to lack of available spaces

convient location, the bread market below is great, the shower head is amazing and the beds are comfortable

the bed slides on base, so you wake up at night with the bed moved and your pillows lost down a growing crevice between the head board and mattress. also since its close to pedi mall, you will hear music and people, doesn't bother me, but may bother some

I love the clean, uncluttered, lightly carpet rooms; the neutral colors; the tasteful artwork; the big windows; the inexpensive parking; the friendly and helpful staff; the connection to the Bread Garden and proximity to the ped-mall. I love being in Iowa City.

I really enjoyed the sparkling, clean bathtub, but a stepstool might have been helpful. I had to climb in very carefully.

I LOVED the tub, the room was gorgeous and the balcony would have been fantastic had it been a little warmer. The staff was courteous and helpful!

I was a little disappointed there weren’t vending machines for late night snacks but I was provided with a tooth brush and razor free of charge, so that made up for it!

Location was perfect. Walking distance to concert and many restaurants.

The parking garage for the hotel is public parking as well. There was a block party that weekend and there was no parking available. On-site parking is a must for me.

Location. Nice being close to Bread Garden and pedestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and garage.

Toilet is very low to the floor. Flusher seemed loose. Floor protection not working for key swipe. Needed to use a code. It worked.

Not clean. Friends found a fingernail on the window sill. Our room and especially the balcony weren’t clean. Rooms were NOT ready at check in…had to wait on the lobby with all our stuff hobo’s.

Nice upscale place. Lots of cool things close by for walking

Exit stairway to street from kitchen is gross and slippery. Covered in grease and stinky. We take the stairs a lot and you have to pass this kitchen egress area to get out.

Are room was clean halfway 1 time when they clean it they made the beds replace tows didn’t sweep floors or give toilet paper had to call down for that
