The room was as expected. Same for breakfast, standard cereals, muffins,coffee, etc.

The night we arrived, we tried to have hot cocoa in the lobby but the machine ran out of water. I found water to use kn the workout room but this seems like a task the front desk could have stayed on top of, as they weren't busy. The workout room smelled very bad and is cramped with 3 machines in a tiny room but I used it in the morning and it was fine.

The property was great. It certainly located in a wonderful neighborhood. our room was great. The staff is great. Holiday Inn should be very proud of this address.

The staff were wonderful. So helpful. The air conditioner rattled when it came on. I give the staff a 10. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast wasn’t good quality, the whole place could use a deep cleaning. Beds are comfortable and the decor is nice. Location is spot on for shopping and restaurants.

The checking was quick and easy. Staff was wonderful. The hotel was clean and quiet. Pillows were amazing😊

Ice machine was old and outdated and there was some unfinished drain and ceiling maintenance left undone by elevator.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable & the food was hot. Loved the furniture & the design of the room.

The elevator was slow & dirty. The lobby had a weird smell hit you when you walked in. The toilet was short & the pillows smelled like a wet dog.
