Room was very recently updated with thoughtful details like lots of clothes & luggage storage, a nice big desk for remote work, fast internet, massive TV, lots of charger/outlet plugins, good appliances (nice blow dryer, Keurig, clothes steamer, etc.). Pretty river views with access to running paths. On-site gym and pool looked nice. Fast check-in and check-out. Parking was inexpensive at $8/day and conveniently located next to the hotel. Restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.

The building was beautiful and the library was phenomenal. Very spacious and clean.

The staff was sparse and I had a question regarding my expedia reservation. I had tried multiple times the week prior to arriving to advise that I would only need 1 night but never received a response. When I arrived and asked about all of the messages, only one staff member was able to work the system and he arrived at the same time we were scheduled to leave. Fortunately, I was able to meet with him as we were leaving. He had to log into another system which apparently was not logged into frequently to find my emails. He managed to modify the reservation so I was only charge for one night, but it was a lot of work.

I loved the view of our room and how nice and clean everything was and I appreciate all the people who were working because even when they were super busy they still were so very nice and helping and they were all respectful and caring and I’ve never stayed at a hotel with that generosity

Only thing I didn’t like was that our room didn’t have a microwave because most places I’ve stayed has had one but other than that it was perfect

Loved the river walk !! I will gladly stay there again just for that feature. Customer service exceeded my expectations. All employees went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room had a river view . Loved the bedding , so comfy !

Beautiful property, lovely amenities throughout the facility as well as in the room, handy location for access to medical facilities, shopping, food, etc. Room was quiet and comfortable, excellent beds and wonderful bathroom fixtures.

Nothing really. Maybe could add a covered walkway from the parking facility to the hotel for cold/bad weather.

Not only was it in a great area but was priced well. Close to many food choices and a beautiful view during the day and at night. Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. Love that the room has an option for you to log into Netflix on the TV.

Wish the rooms had microwaves so we could warm food up later. The Elevator to our right wouldn't go to the 7th floor but they fixed that the first day.

Very Clean and Close to Restaurants, Shopping and Extreme Arena

Quoted a price of $695.00 for 5 nights by Booking.Com. When we got to hotel the cost was $950.00. You are charged for Parking as well not mentioned in description. Breakfast is not included and the Edgewater Restaurant prices are a little high which caused us to walk to nearby Perkins to get breakfast.

Beautiful location, friendly and welcoming staff, wonderful hotel amenities, well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds.

Air conditioning didn’t seem to cool in spite of thermostat being turned onto cool setting at 65 degrees.

The location in River Landing along the Iowa River was scenic and the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants was convenient.

The bathroom could have been larger with a better designed shower area without a tub.

Very clean hotel with nice views and outdoor space. Staff was very professional and handled things quickly despite being very busy when we arrived and throughout our entire stay. This hotel is also located near some gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and department stores. So, if you find yourself in need of something chances are it is not too far.
