This is not an AI-written review. This was a great place to stay in Coralville. Fiona at the reception was great. The hotel has plenty of free parking and is very close to the highway. They offered free drinks and evening snacks. The complimentary breakfast was standard fare but sumptuous. They are pet-friendly and offer ample space to walk your pet. Fresh popcorn is also available if you want to enjoy a nice movie night in your room.

I don't know if there were rooms on the lower floors, but I would have preferred one at the ground level with easy access to the back entrance for my senior pet.

Very quiet, bed was comfortable, room was clean Excellent bonus with the 5:30 kickback food & drinks Staff was professional and helpful. Attended an Iowa Basketball ball game and the hotel was as close to interstate and the arena. Very conveniently located

Excellent and will My only complaint was the shower floor was very slippery due to liquid shampoo, soap and conditioners being wall mounted on the wall and no grab bar to hold on to while exiting shower, had to hold onto door. Note a hand bar was on shower wall.

The stay was amazing! We were stuck here due to a power outage at our house for multiple days. We are local to the area, so we picked this place off of reviews too and they didn't disappoint! We even left and had to rebook, and the staff remembered us from that morning and were so friendly with helping us get reacquainted back in. The staff was so kind and helpful. The complimentary drinks/dinner was such a saving grace. The breakfast was delicious and honestly, I felt like we robbed them! A stay for 120 (at the time of booking) a night with such complimentary services was incredible. The value of this hotel is 5 stars. The hot tub was so nice and the pool that is indoor outdoor was fun!

Great location, easy access to the interstate and close to many things. hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

My only complaint is that late one evening the smell of weed came pouring through our air vent. I called the front desk to make them aware. They offered to move us to another room, but we declined. They apologized to us for others not following the rules.

Every employee we encountered was so friendly. They really seem to enjoy their jobs. Our room was large enough to maneuver a wheelchair. It was comfortable and it was CLEAN! The breakfast, kickback and nightly popcorn were all great.

The only downfall was the shower. Although a rain style showerhead is desirable and nice, I prefer more pressure in my shower.

We loved the added amenities. Having the free drinks, breakfast, and dinner was FANTASTIC. The room size was great and there was a great amount of space.

I think the one thing that is a challenge is the bathroom lacking ventilation/fan. It would be MUCH better to have a ventilation fan to turn on to remove humidity and possible odors.

The free amenities are amazing!!! The two queen suite is very accommodating for larger groups. Our check in situation was very difficult, but what we liked was the attentive staff regarding the situation and how our pet fee was waived due to this situation.

The fridge in the room could be larger. Temperature control lags a bit. We had a challenging time with early check in, but staff kept us well informed and it mainly was due to previous guests.

This Drury Inn has real glassware, plates, and silverware, rather than plastic. I really appreciate that. It would be nice if real coffee mugs were available as well as takeout cups.

Food really needs to be kept hotter. Perhaps equipment needs an upgrade? Or a.lesser amount refreshed more often might help.

I don't usually leave reviews because I think most mid price hotels are very similar. But I was really impressed with this property! Staff was very lind at check in and imagine my surprise that our stay included a snack/dinner and drinks. This was perfect as I'd just completed a five hour drive with my two year old and we didn't need to go anywhere else. The popcorn was a nice touch, too! Rooms and building were very clean. We drive semi-regularly from Kansas City to WI and I would choose this property again and again!

Close to restaurants and right off highway. Short drive to downtown Iowa City and University of Iowa. The hotel was very clean and front staff friendly. Even though a lot of activity at the hotel the room was quiet and we enjoyed a restful night sleep. The complimentary dinner, drinks, and breakfast were a nice surprise. We had other plans, so we did not get to enjoy it, but it looked like others definitely did.
