The hotel was very stylish with everything a travler would need. Great bar/restaurant area and the staff was wonderful. Beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable and the room/bathroom was very clean on arrival. The location was perfect for our needs at the University of Iowa. I just wish I would have booked at this location for parents weekend. Next year.

A terrific property ideally located across the street from the Iowa University hospital. The room was immaculate. The pool was long enough to do laps; it was also immaculate. I appreciated the hospital discount. The surrounding neighborhood is campus-related housing: Safe and clean. The hotel was easily accessible from the highway.

Meals at the bistro were a bit pricey.

Great central location, plenty of free parking, good healthy breakfast sandwiches served quickly and Starbucks coffee. We stayed in a first floor room with an outdoor patio and it was worth the extra charge

Would have liked an option for free continental breakfast for the price of the room.

modern. clean. comfortable. smelled clean. shampoo/conditioner with body wash were amazing. perfect location near the hospital.

there’s no “staff feedback” so I’ll put it here. Starbucks machine was out of chai tea, only coffee size option was Tall, desk receptionist said we had to pay for those there. Only one person worked the entire breakfast so you got what you ordered and that’s it. There wasn’t actual service. Long line to order coffee/tea/any drink or anything else you needed. Chai tea with her was $7 vs the machine that was apparently out of order with no sign. They needed at least two people working the floor to assist guests. The lady was friendly and did her job, she just needed help.

Very nice hotel with pretty surroundings. Rooms and hotel were clean, staff was pleasant, a nice place that we are likely to stay at again.

We were booked into a higher floor room but they had a wedding event the floor above so we were offered an ADA suite on a lower floor and those beds were not that comfortable.

Complimentary Breakfast was much better than expected. It beat the usual industry standard by a long shot! The Bistro breakfast sandwiches were healthy and delicious. Other meals were also gourmet quality.

Music from lobby was a bit too loud for sleeping. Would prefer brighter lighting in the bathroom.

Location across from UI medical center was ideal for us. Room layout and features were great. On-site Bistro was convenient.

Included-by-booking.com "continental breakfast" required us to stop at front desk for tickets each day, was not described on any in-room documents. We regretted our first-day choices, opted for the $10 credit towards fuller breakfast menu our second day.

Smells wonderful! Just makes you happy and comfortable to enter. Well taken care of and nicely decorated.

Reserved a King room far in advance and got stuck in a wheelchair ready room. I don’t mind it for the most part but the shower was a problem. I could not comfortably take a shower without a large amount of water draining out so had to make curbing out of towels.

Loved the room! It was so clean and the breakfast we had from the bistro was delish.

The only complaint I have is that i had to make the pull out bed up there were no sheets on it or anything. Other than that I really don't have anything else to complain about.
