Loved the convenience of being attached to the Extreme Center (for our event) and walking distance to shops, restaurants and Trader Joe’s. Laundry facilities were great with multiple washer/dryers, folding table and baskets provided. Great gym and pool. The best were the friendly staff, especially Susie at the front desk and Debbie who worked in the breakfast/ pantry area. They were always so friendly and ensured all our needs were being met.

Loved the proximity to the Extreme Center as we were in town for a camp hosted there. The hotel is literally attached to The Extreme Center via a hallway and some double doors. There is also a conference room (which was empty while we were there) with a large window overlooking the Extreme Center facilities. It allowed me to check in on our child while not actually leaving the hotel. They also have a great laundry room that is complimentary, aside from the cost of laundry detergent. The gym is well equipped and they even provide towels and water . Trader Joes is in the same shopping center and walking distance. This was very convenient for light grocery shopping and snacks to able to prepare meals. This hotel even provides breakfast with lots of choices every morning and good coffee. We will definitely be back next summer!

Location, facility was very nice!

Main lobby restroom was out of toilet paper several times in a 2 day span. Breakfast Sunday morning was very slowly restocked , it was after 9:00 and not a huge rush of people. There was very little cereal, 1 milk, juice not working…

The woman at the front desk in the evening and the morning could not have been more professional, courteous, and kind. The breakfast options were as good as one could expect. Shower head height was excellent.

First night was quiet wich was very nice. Saturday night not so much. People above us did a lot of walking until after 1:AM. 7:00 Sunday morning it started all over again but with kids running back and forth. Unfortunately my husband I didn’t get much sleep.

Everything was excellent from checkin to checkout! I loved the 2nd story balcony, the location, the breakfast, and the staff was exceptional! Also, the area offered great walking to restaurants and shops

Nothing. My family owned a resort, so I was raised in hospitality, so I have higher standards than most. I have no criticism whatsoever.

Location, breakfast and room was excellent!

The lady at the front desk was not very friendly and we had to get her to acknowledge us as opposed to to her recognizing that we were waiting.

The staff were very accommodating when we book an extra night. Even suggested we go through our booking agent to save a few dollars.

We were at the end of a VERY long hallway and my husband had a hip replacement two days prior.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful!! Breakfast was excellent!-everything was delicious. Very much enjoyed the evening social. Having laundry on the premises was a huge plus!!
