Very comfy room. Slept great on the bed. Great shower pressure and hot water. We got snacks from downstairs. Great location near stores and restaurants. Unit had full kitchenette. Very convenient if you're going to be here a few days. You can even borrow things like air fryer and slow cooker downstairs.

When we got upstairs to 3rd floor, it smelled fishy. The only downside of having kitchenette in room, people cook smelly things. The hallways were hot and stuffy. This seems to be an extended stay for families. There were kids running up and down the hall at night. Which it's a great place for families to stay but just keep that in mind if you're looking for a quiet place to rest. Didn't really explore more than our floor and lobby but they did have a workout room and laundry for guests to use right downstairs.

We came in on a stormy Saturday night and were very happy to have the kitchenette available so we wouldn't have to go out in the rain. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and had space to sit and eat. I always wonder about location and safety when I pick out unknown lodging- this was close to stores and restaurants and within walking distance - I felt pretty safe. Breakfast on weekends consists of eggs, hash browns, sausage and the usual waffles, bread and cereal- not sure about breakfast during the week.

There was 1 maintenance issue ( torn out screen) but the front desk was friendly about taking my concern down.

The room we stayed in was small, but clean. The bed was very comfortable and we were thankful for that. We also liked that it was quiet in our room, and we couldn't hear much traffic and/or people walking down the halls. We felt this hotel was more "sound-proof" than others we've stayed at.

Be aware that breakfast is now offered only on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, and no longer on the weekdays. We didn't know that prior to arriving and we were surprised. Fortunately, this place has coffee available 24/7 all through the week, and it wasn't bad coffee either, with a nice variety of creamers, etc.

property was very nice, close to the mall and also the city/campus. exactly what we wanted. they offer “things you have at home” like toaster ovens which was very nice and had a great mini kitchen in the room.

breakfast was supposed to be included which was a large factor in why we chose to stay but their kitchen was closed with a sorry for the inconvenience sign and a box of donuts :( room service also walked in without knocking while i was changing because they thought we checked out but were very nice about it, still uncomfortable though.

Stayed 4 nights for business, I was pleased with the clean room and the bed was comfortable.

I showed up for breakfast on Sunday morning at 9am. (They told me when I checked in breakfast was from 6am to 11am on weekends). The food was wiped out. I asked the girl at the front desk if there was anymore. With a snotty attitude she said when its gone its gone and I should have gotten there earlier.

Location was good, easy to get to the places we wanted to see. Beds were comfortable,,

Took a bit for us to get unto our room, they were booked solid, too a bit to clean the room, then found broken water line under sink, but in the end we received a discount for all the issues and waiting we had to do. Manager was very nice about everything.

The room was so clean. We loved it. Checking in was easy and the clerk was really nice and helpful with any questions we had.

No breakfast even though it is advertised breakfast included. When we book we always look for breakfast included because we eat and get back on the road easy and do not have to stop. So that was a disappointment.

Clean, comfortable. Full kitchen for meal prep. Pleasant staff. Nice location for a dog with plenty of exercise room.

Only warm water out of tap, probably with salt for softening, so no potable water. Would have been nice to provide a couple of bottles of drinking water.

The hotel seems to cater to workers which is great. Unfortunately, I asked to be placed in a quiet area in which I was not. Next door to my room was a person who was noisy and having loud sex bumping the walls. It was laughable. I wasn't able to sleep. I feel that special requests should at least be heard. The room overall was very good. I don't believe I will stay there again due to the noise especially when the men workers are getting up at 5- 7 am too much noise. Sorry I'm brutally honest.

The location is perfectly situated amongst several shopping and entertainment facilities.

The hotel is located in an area near a low income apartment complex and the residents are less than desirable.
