Room was very clean & comfortable with all furnishings & equipment in good order. Brkf with the "pancake" machine was a first for us despite us constantly traveling as retiree's. ALSO ham in addition to sausage. Wow! Only thing lacking however was the usual scrambled eggs. Staff was friendly@ front desk coming & going AND the housekeepers as well.

Computer was "slow" & no printer. EASILY updated!

Nice clean place. Shower water pressure was fantastic. Standard continental breakfast. Staff did a great job of keeping the eating area picked up, clean, and the food well stocked even during a busy time. Very impressed!! Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Would stay again.

Bring your own pillows. They were way to puffy and very little support. Only issue with our stay.

Easy check in...great front desk staff at check in.. laundry staff exceptional

Night clerk called police on our ball team and another team...no one was causing issues..she just freaked out in front of children...if you take ball teams at your hotel then you should expect gathering of groups if people...we always clean up after ourselves..

Very clean . But my request had been a handicap bathroom. I was not able to bathe or shower, or use the the toilet seat , was too low without handlebar. The breakfast was good, I appreciated the 24 Hour coffee bar as well. And it was a very quiet and relaxing experience

I just had hoped for handicapped assistance at age 83. But no other dislikes

Rooms were very clean and bed was super comfortable. Had a nice clean white comforter that looked fresh and modern. Pool area was kept clean and fully stocked with towels and had plenty of chairs and tables to relax around. Front desk lady was friendly and suggested a great place to eat near by. Check in was hassle free and fast. Continental breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of options. I especially liked the extra touches like the strawberry preserves for the pancakes or the slices of cheese so you could make a nice sausage, egg and cheese bagel. The room price was very affordable for such a great place. Would definitely recommend it.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast each morning was excellent.

Road construction around the hotel, but nothing g to do with the hotel. Short term problem.

Excellent evening front desk staff member went the extra mile in helpfulness. Good breakfast which morning staff member opened early as I had to leave at 4 am. Very good staff interactions and great shuttle driver who helped me with two flat tires when I returned to pick up car with their Park n Fly service.

Would have preferred free parking for the park and fly option.

Well-kept but basic facilities with a small pool. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. 5 minutes drive to CID and yet no airplane noise at night. The bathroom has brand name products (Dove).

There is a charge for the shuttle to the Airport. We would like to see more healthy foods for breakfast: whole grain breads, a greater variety of fruits(bananas), a selection of herbal teas

The breakfast was all that we had heard about and we enjoyed it very much. The tables were spread out giving plenty of room and the food was wonderful.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The pool area burned our eyes with a strong chlorine smell. We could not stay in the pool area to use the pool facility.
