Quiet out of the way yet still close to the local retail and able to walk to the Starbucks and Aldis nearby.

Longbranch is no longer open, so the best western with an attached Mexican restaurant should be advertised. The pool area and the breakfast although provided is outdated and needs updated. The spiral staircase from the skywalk to the breakfast and pool area is a dangerous way for those with issues walking and should not be there. I had no trouble but the man with a cane was concerned and standing there sometime afraid he was gonna fall. It is a property hazard and an elevator access should be supplied.

The breakfast was fine. Had a good variety. One of the waffle makers was not working properly so had to wait to use the working one.

The $200 price for one night was a bit extreme for the location. I called the hotel direct for reservation and they must have transferred me to booking.com. I was told I could not get my military or other discount because it went thru Booking.com. This was a bait and switch tactic that I don't appreciate. I asked when I made the reservation and was told I could get military discount. Will write this in my review. There was NO writing/note paper/pen in the room; some of the sockets didn’t work. No cheap shower cap. Tissue box was empty after pulling about 5 Tissues.

The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoy a good hotel breakfast buffet and this one did not disappoint. They served hot and cold items and the searching area was clean and comfortable.

It was hard to find using google and/or maps. I did see on the reviews that this was an issue for others. Maps and google prong you to an apartment complex near the location.

Breakfast was above average compared to like properties I have attended. Very clean and well equipped rooms

Online said restaurant attached. However after reservation and checked in found restaurant closed for renovations. Small lounge with some bar food and drinks on property closed early . Didn’t like $250 extra charge put on my credit card in case of damage to room and handed paper at checkin warning me to not make noise and upon second warning I would be removed. As a 71 year old retired senior military officer I found this offensive and in traveling my entire life all over the world have NEVER seen this before. Very strange????

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was good for getting where we wanted to go.

The desk staff was not very energetic or responsive. The outside looked abandoned.

The front desk manager was friendly, outgoing and helpful. Our room was provided with fresh towels, our bed was made up and the garage emptied daily. There was very good service at the Mexican restaurant attached to the restaurant. Our floor was quiet at night for sleeping.

Hotel was clean with a fine breakfast, and the common space (used to be a dinner club) looked like it would be great for certain groups, especially with kids.

The layout was weird. I really don't understand why someone would pay extra for a "pool view" room because all that means is the hallway looks out over the indoor pool and is very humid.

This is a very clean property! I think our room had been pretty recently remodeled. Beds are not overly comfortable, but they aren't terrible either. The shower is only meant for someone 6' maximum. (#1 pet peeve of this tall person!) We'd stay again if we were in the area. We had to leave very early in the morning, so we didn't partake in breakfast.

bathroom drains didn’t drain well. fit finish was poor in some areas (rust, cracks, etc) key cards stopped working 1st day and had to convince front desk they really didn’t work and it was a real problem.

I liked the breakfast. It was hot and fresh. Also, there were plenty of choices.

I didn't like the fact that breakfast is in another building even though there is skywalk access. Also the pictures online are very misleading.
