Bonnie at the front desk is exceptional. She is very friendly, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I am disabled and she went beyond expectations from the first booking phone call through checkout to assure my needs and comfort were met. She was always smiling and happy. The room was clean and inviting and the total room darkening window shade as well as the quiet atmosphere were both inducements to deep, restful sleep. Being able to plug in my cell phone charger on the bedside table lamp base was a real plus as well as having decaf coffee in the room.

The breakfast area is very nice. There are windows to let in light. It was nice to have selections of cereal, yogurt, muffins, juice, milk, coffee with flavored creamer and fruit. The best part is the waffle maker although my suggestion is that someone should check if the iron is hot enough. The waffle seemed to come out of the machine a little undercooked.

Place was clean. Usually I bring a bottle of cleaner with me and have to clean the shower. But I didn't even have to use it. The room was good size. Towels were soft and fluffy. staff very nice especially when I checked out. The place was Right off interstate.

Where the toliet paper dispenser was , it was underneath the counter of the sink. I cracked my elbow on corner of sink trying to reach it. So we just kept the roll on the counter. The Windows didn't open ? Wanted to open to get fresh air in room. But there's no way to open them.

Right off I-380, easy and quick to access. Great Mexican restaurant right next door, Starbucks, Walmart, other restaurants right close by. Gym was pretty decent. Rooms good size. Staff very friendly!

There is a set of train tracks right by the hotel ☹️ That said, I only heard a train once the whole weekend. I didn’t eat breakfast there, but it is pretty minimal. Waffle maker, cereal, white toast, bananas, some yogurt if you got there early. No protein offered (peanut butter, eggs of any kind).

I like how the staff look after me so well, they apologize for the pool being out but that ok I still had a great time.

There was No ATM machine I had to go 20 minutes away just to take care of something, I could have done it right there and you need cash to buy things in the hotel like pop and chips . You need to put an ATM in the lobby somewhere

Everything was nice and clean, and we had easy access to our room on the ground floor through a side door. The pool was great and both days we stayed we virtually had it to ourselves the whole time we swam granted we did stay during the week. Overall it was a good stay for the price. Hotel was also close to shopping and plenty of places to eat.

There wasn't anything not to like.

It was what I expected for the money. Just needed a place to stay for a few days without breaking the bank! Staff was good. Room was clean. AC worked. Wifi worked. No complaints!

For the money, there’s really nothing to complain about. All good.

Bonnie at the desk was excellent. The bed was clean and comfortable. The halls and elevator was clean. Great location.

The tub was filthy, the shower rod was loose... and falling off.....the furniture was old. Loud obnoxious guests on the same floor smoking pot and being loud. Fridge froze everything.

We were very happy with how easy it was off the interstate to get to. The staff was VERY friendly, helpful and easy to get along with at 10 pm! Very clean and no problems with the room!

The breakfast choices were very underwhelming, (but it was a weekday so it may be different in weekends).

Price. The person at the front desk allowed me to park my motorcycle under the awning which was great!! Both front desk women were friendly

There wasn’t a lot of choices for breakfast. But it was ok. I miss not having a clock in hotel rooms.

Location can’t be better, very easily accessible! Breakfast waffles are always good and the coffee plentiful. Our room was clean and our sleep uninterrupted because — it was QUIET— even though the elevator was around the corner. We would definitely stay here again
