The location is perfect for visiting family. We like Morning Story restaurant, which happens to be located in the adjoining strip mall. There is also a Starbucks and Domino's. Cleanliness is excellent with great a/c and very comfortable beds.

No complaints. I did notice that many of the towels are already thin and fraying and hope to see them replaced at my next visit. I would also like to see grab bars installed in the shower for safety. I did not have breakfast on this stay but recall it being fine on previous visits.

Room was clean and had kitchen utensils a fridge, cook top etc. Staff was excellent and friendly, and the breakfast was yummy. Hot coffee and tea was available 24 hrs a day. My son and his family live in Iowa and this hotel is 5 minutes from their home. Very convenient location.

Continental breakfast was subpar only. Food was only warm, not hot, and no bread. Only bread option was bagels. Weather was cool, yet the staff didn’t light the fire pit outside, was hoping to enjoy but was never given a chance 🤷🏼‍♀️

Christy at Marion, Iowa at the reception went over and beyond.I would return here just because of her good attitude,service and helpfulness.She got me a map, answered my many questions and showed me different room options for future stays.Give that girl a raise! Probably THE best service I've ever received.

This was the perfect location for visiting a friend in Marion. The room was spacious and included a very comfortable bed and couch. The kitchen had a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, coffee machine and all dishes you would need to cook if you so chose.

Iliked the plan scrambled eggs over the quiche cups.

I would like to see a recliner added to the King Suites. Seating options are limited. Age of travelers observed may appreciate a recliner comfort.

The room was very well designed and organized. It even has small kitchen. Stuff were very nice, and looked happy working. I would definitely stay here if I have a chance.

Bathtub has no grab bars or anti-slip features. Our son complained about the breakfast quality. We didn't partake but thought everything looked fine and would happily have eaten there.

Clean, well maintained, liked the kitchenette and nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Great shower also! Very nice salt-water pool and fitness room. I liked that we could choose whether to have housekeeping (or not) each day. Appreciated the helpful staff who offered to replace towels, etc as needed.

Breakfast looked pretty good, but as a vegan who doesn't eat meat, eggs, or dairy products, there wasn't much I could eat. My husband who is vegetarian seemed to enjoy it though.

The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. More than what we expected since we booked it 2 days in advance. The staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely will stay again next time we come through.
