Our check in was fabulous and unfortunately I neglected to get the young man's name that was at the counter. He was personable and he had actually read my request for a quiet area on the top floor. I was impressed. Breakfast foods were plentiful and varied, something for everyone. The whole hotel was very clean.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

The property was great.

No issues with the property it self, but booking.com was an absolute NIGHTMARE! They only canceled a 1 night on one room and not both like they said they did, and on top of that we didn’t get the room type that we reserved or thought we where getting and making it a problem for sleeping arrangements for 2 other people in our party. I highly would not recommend booking.com ! It was my first time using them and now it’s my last!

I found the staff very welcoming. The room itself was very comfortable- it’s a pleasure to have well controlled heating system, hot water without running the faucet, and a comfortable bed.

Sound proofing between floors not up to standard, can clearly hear the foot steps above. TV a little small, just good enough.

Didn't have breakfast had to leave at 5:30 am, good location.

when I booked our stay booking agent did not let the Hotel know how many people, just said 2 adults, we booked 2 adults 1 child, lady at the front desk made it right, we did get the 2 queen beds we had booked her name was Tina, Thank You Tina.

Nice place overall; met our needs for the weekend. The king size room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It had a mini gym that we utilized; it worked for us. The location was convenient, right off the freeway and in walking distance to several restaurants.

The view wasn't amazing; it was of what seemed like storage garages. The last day we were there, the power went out. It would've been good to get communications about it and know what to expect as a result.

Staff was friendly and the room was at a good price .

Asked to get two queen beds or a room with a pull out mattress, was told I eould be able to switch rooms for that but didn't get that. Had to buy an air mattress instead for my kids .

Scrambled eggs available---love it!

I had a problem getting the Fox station. The TV kept telling me the signal was too weak. I had to finally use my iPhone to watch the football game. Disappointed. There was also no TV guide in my room.

Clean room nice hotel in a good location alot of different amenities around the area.

That when I originally booked the room a month ago it was at 130 and some change total. But when it was charged to my card after the stay it ended up being more. They didn't use the discount offer from booking. Com they charged full original price. On booking. Com when it was reserved the price was 106$ 130 after taxes and fees. Is what was said to be charged then after the stay and card was charged it came out to 160. It's only 30$ difference but still 30$ is 30$ if I would of only had what it was supposed to be on the card. I would of been charged a hefty fee of overdrafting my account. But other than that a good experience.

I liked the location, the room size and the fact I asked for additional tea and sugar in the room and the request was honored, I've stayed at this location before and the staff is always friendly and helpful

Staff was good, the breakfast and woman taking care of breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and well appointed.

Our room was close to the ice machine and people were being loud when using at 11PM at night
