We had THE BEST STAY. The gentleman that checked us in on July 12th was so nice. He greeted us with a smile and we established some rapport. The water pressure was absolutely amazing. It was nice to have the hot shower after a 16 hour drive. The bed was nice and soft. The gentleman working this morning (the 13th) was very nice too. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to SD. Thank you for an amazing stay. The smooth check in, the texts, this was great customer service.

We've stayed before and we have noticed that they are striving to improve the place. The hot tub room no longer leaks and they are putting in brand new TVs in the rooms that are awesome!

I don't have much to complain about, only thing is I wish their back door that was right next to our room connected to outside worked.

Great staff, clean room & a great feel!

Our first room, the door didn't lock...I always double check before leaving a hotel room that the door locked ok & ours didn't for whatever reason. Talked to the 2 women at the desk, they came & checked it all out, reset our keys & nothing changed. They did however move us to another room right away & it was a bigger room. So what could have been a disaster, they made it a smooth & quick fix!

The room was spacious and quiet, we were right off the pool on the second floor which was convenient. Coincidentally when we went down to the pool it was empty, very clean however and had fresh towels set out. The staff was very nice and breakfast was biscuits and gravy, was very warm and the biscuits were fresh.

The room was clean and the temp was really cool when we checked in. The front desk guy was really funny The bed was very comfortable

Unfortunately we ended up having an emergency and had to leave after a couple hours.

I liked the new look. I liked the TV. I liked the price. The lady at the front desk was awesome to me and very kind.

Breakfast needs to be more and eggs. Juice machine is broken. In my room wallpaper is coming down in the shower.

The hotel hallways looked dodgy and the staff without uniforms looked not well groomed

Andy, they were absolutely disgusting I mean disgusting. I did clean in one washer and one dryer myself and Scuba.Green Mark and it was nasty and I would never put my clothes in it. I would’ve cleaned it so I need to attend to that

I love the location of the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast is good as well. I had an issue with the first room they put me in and the front desk was understanding and had no problem with putting me in another room the same size as I was originally in.

Hallways dimly lit and had a musty smell… also hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Had to ask for more Toilet paper and towels.
