Steve was awesome We had issue with TV remote not working and he came up And fixed the sensor ! Also key was only keyed for 1 Night instead of 2 by a different night check in person. He fixed it promptly and offered to come to room make sure worked

Hallways were freezing. Pool heater broken. Issue with remote and key. No pancake batter at br Alfa’s, had run out and when ask the Sunday am desk female she just told me “ well your gonna have to ask the breakfast attendant “ instead of helping facilitate that my husband actually had to go almost inside kitchen area to get someone. Was not a very customer service thing to do.

Great staff friendly and were all actively looking to help improve our stay. Nice gym and pool on property. Very close to the airport. would recommend the location. Clean and they offer lots of amenities if you need or want them.

Rooms do not have closets or dressers. Makes it a bit more challenging to manage things when you are staying for more than one night. They had an issues with one of the elevators where it was not working for two days.

nice reception, about 4 miles away from down town, pretty close to shopping malls and restaurants, great packing for customers, clean and calm facilitate in a nice environment. Will recommend this place for family. My family was not disappointed.

The location worked perfectly for us as we had to drive to Iowa City the day after arriving. The breakfast was good as it had a lot of options for everyone. Also liked the dining options nearby, and that the white board adjacent from the elevators had a bunch of dining recommendations.

I wished there had been a dresser for clothes, as the clothes kind of got put everywhere. And I wish the pool had been warmer, but it was good size.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very basic and cheerful decor, large tv and plenty of towels. Staff were friendly and helpful and building was quiet. Nice pool and exercise room, though didn't use this time.

Ended up adding a night to my stay and after paying the $109, noticed that room was $86 online, so would recommend paying by the day and checking on price frequently. I have issues with strong smell, so was glad I had my own soap. The only chair had wheels on it, so nowhere to put on socks.

Breakfast was ok, but not much to choose from. Pancake machine was broken. The lady that checked us in was very friendly.

We had a first floor room and the floor by the window was ice cold. I had to put towels on the floor as a rug. Difficult to regulate the temperature in the room (136). There was a little dog barking next door (134), that barked from about 5am until around 10am. I spoke to the front desk about 830am, and I felt that he was being condescending to me for complaining. I only asked him to please speak to the people in the room. In the bathroom, in the pool area, there was blood on the floor, the sink, the light switch and the door handle. It was dry, so that was gross.

The breakfast was awful. Cold eggs and greasy sausage. It made me sick. Also they ran out of coffee.

That the pool was closed and we did not know until we checked in. We planned to have grandkids over to swim but had to make different plans once we learned we had to go to a different hotel down the street to use the pool.

We didn't get there until 1:15 a.m. however, the front desk lady was super nice and accommodating. When we had breakfast, the same lady ( I wish I remembered her name) saw that my wife spelled and came over to help. She deserves a raise because that might have been the nicest person I've ever met at any hotel that I've ever stayed at!

Tru is pet friendly which is what we needed. They accommodated it nicely with a close green area and gave out poop bags. We appreciated that. We only stayed one night on our way home from other adventures

Rooms were on the small side. Could have used another chair and maybe a side table but again not enough room. Still it was comfortable for the amount of time we spent in the room.
