We enjoyed the location, breakfast, and cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, great room size, and the amenities were accurately described. We hope to use the property in the future.

We stayed here a few years ago and you could tell it has aged. I think if the hall carpets were replaced it would brighten up the visual appeal. Also, the tile in the bathroom was starting to crack a bit, making it a little annoying.

I was very ill during this trip and the staff were wonderful at keeping my room clean without bothering my rest. They allowed me to add an extra day to my trip without needing to change rooms in order to sleep and recover. We very much appreciate the Sleep Inn and stay here often when visiting our son at Cornell College.

We had an excellent stay. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The breakfast had plenty of options. The pool and hot tub were great. We would absolutely stay again. Excellent pricing as well compared to hotels in a 10-30 mile radius.

Couldn't get into the wifi quickly and easily. It was late and I didn't call the front desk. But I would have liked that to be more efficient. The information in your folio didn't work.

Work out room very small. I used treadmill, but I don't know how anyone could have used weights . Hot tub was nice temperature, but kind without jets, slightly disappointed

The size of the pool and hot tub want not adequate for the size of the hotel. Also TV qas quit small and not centered to view from both beds

My son left his AirPods in the room. We called and they mailed them back to us. We are pleasantly surprised, and super impressed with their customer service and honesty!

When we arrived, the front desk staff upgraded us after seeing the amount of luggage we had (it was a long road trip). She was able to move us into a bigger, executive suite at no extra cost.

Since it is one of the only options in that small town, the prices seem high. I think most hotels are like this presently, but the staff isn't always at the front desk, but are quickly available by calling the desk phone.

I thought it was amazing to stay in the “private” hallway” it was so quiet. It allowed my son to sleep for his basketball 🏀 tournament.

I liked the breakfast because I enjoyed cereal, a waffle and an orange. Everything was clean, and the pool and hot tub looked nice, though we didn't use it. Teh man who checked us in was very polite and helpful!

My husband didn't care for the eggs, they weren't real eggs he thought, He liked everything else. There could have been whole wheat bread.
