Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. They gave us the towels that were missing when we asked and then cleaned our room, left a full set of fresh towels plus extra the next day! Standard but good breakfast. Convenient location.

Bed not as comfortable. Small room compared to others we stayed in on our trip. Weak shower flow that made it difficult to rinse my hair. Washcloths, hand towels, and bath mat were missing. But we're quickly given when asked for and received extra service the next day.

The room I was given was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well provisioned and it may sound strange, but the bath towels were some of the softest and fluffiest towels that I've come across in all my years of travelling and staying extended periods at hotels.

The channel selection available on the TV in my room was very limited and I couldn't access Netflix or any other streaming service to provide more viewing options.

Beds were very comfortable as far as firm enough but cozy soft too. Nice hot breakfast with a cool pancake machine.

Out of 4 rooms my family had none of us could figure out the shower. Please put a card in the bathroom explaining for others.. Been to many hotels never had shower like this. After giving up and my husband got back he figured out to pull down on water spout but too late we had to go.

The breakfast each day was varied and very satisfactory. The dinning area was always clean and the staff was very friendly which is always appreciated.

The room was comfortable, pool water is heated well, and we don't eat pork/red meat so it was nice to see plenty of options for breakfast

There were 3 times when I had gone to the front desk and waited around for help. One of those times had been later in the evening so I understand that staff may have been short and busy. Otherwise, we had a bad smell coming from our bathroom but the bathroom looked clean and we didn't see anything that seemed to be the issue.

Great location, friendly staff, good Holiday Inn free breakfast.

The shade for the window didn't fully work, so I had highway lights in my room al night.

The gentleman working the front desk when we first arrived, was very kind and very helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very nice and did a great job. The breakfast was really good!

booking.com did not reserve a paid room for me there…..I had to pay again for a room. Still trying to get credit card refund for booking. com’s mistake.

The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. All of the staff we encountered - desk, breakfast, housekeeping - were pleasant and helpful.

Staff was exceptional. Room seemed very clean. Love the room darkening window shades. So much better than heavy dirty drapes. Great shower head style and spray settings. Room furnishings are perfect for my needs.

A little more ambient noise from other normal room activity than I would prefer.
