Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was beautiful! Restaurant staff awesome too! In fact, my friend had a special request for a breakfast "sandwich" and specified how she liked it prepared, and the chef made it for her each day. Above and beyond, I would say.

Had clog in toilet around midnight one evening. Called to front desk for plunger and clerk was not sure he could locate one. We had to call again at 6:30 a.m. and ask about the plunger, to which he replied "Oh, I found one, just didn't want to bring it to your room because maybe you were sleeping." ??????

The hotel was clean, bed was super comfortable, staff was friendly. The room was very spacious. The location was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in a great location to the baseball fields.

They went cheap with the insulation. I mean real cheap. I heard our neighbors talking, not yelling just talking. The doors are unnecessarily heavy, and they get slammed ALL DAY. This not only shakes the room, you can also hear it. In a hotel this new, I should not hear anyone or feel a hotel shake when a door is slammed. Thinking a tornado would level this hotel. The breakfast was expensive for cold food and gross eggs. That could have been 1000 times better.

Clean and comfortable

Cost for a family was high. Facility is definitely business expense property. Everything was an extra cost that wasn't family friendly

it was in a good location. did not get lost.

came in late wanted to take a hot bath and relax. but the shower head was at back of tub. while trying to relax the shower head began to drip on my head. so i did not get a relaxed soaking in their bath tub. ☹️

Location, location, location plus beautiful interior of hotel and our room. The bar was outstanding, esp your signature margaritas.

It was clean but pricey. Limited restaurant on facility but neighborhood was abundant with various restaurants and shopping.

Had to work with hostess and manager to get the price it said on my reservation for breakfast. They wanted $4 more but no hassle they agreed to my booking price

The staff at breakfast was fantastic.

The pool is very chilly! There is also no hot tub. The kids couldn’t swim long. Because of this, I might suggest somewhere else if that is your main entertainment for littles while overnighting.
