The room was spacious, while the tv was kinda average it worked well, they give you those little chocolates in your room, there are lots of mirrors to get ready in, and the staff is very friendly.

The bathroom is small. Our room wasn’t that clean. There was dust in the corners and behind the couches. The shower had someone’s left over hair and shaved hair on the walls and looked like it hadn’t been clean between guests. The bed was really soft, I like a firmer mattress so we ended up sinking in our bed. There isn’t a whole lot of lighting so opening blinds was a big part. And there isn’t a fridge or microwave in the room. Also the sign that says it’s the Raddison had just been slacked over the Marriott sign so when it’s night and lit up you only see Marriott and it can be confusing.

Everything was great! The front desk representative was very informative, and the general manager was magnificent. The New Year's Eve event was epic! This hotel stay was exactly what I needed after traveling to Saint Louis, MO, to place flowers on my Army veteran husband's grave at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery for our anniversary, which also falls on New Year's Eve.

Staff was friendly and that’s why i gave it a 10. This place is overdue for a remodel. I didn’t do much in the hotel because the lobby area where people should Be gathering with a bar and restaurant was closed the whole time. Granite it was Thanksgiving but that’s a time to stay in the hotel and it would have been nice. Also it was hard for your skeleton staff to bring me towels so it was an inconvenience having to grab them myself. Just a few things but overall great stay.

We checked in 10/21 at approximately 2:30pm. The woman who checked me in was very unfriendly and rude. She never looked up at me, even when handing me the key card. She gave no information about how do get to our room, about parking or anything else. When asked where we should go to get to our room, she was very abrupt. The hotel seems dated and worn.

Room size, bed was comfortable, quite, tv has Netflix ability, had a pool that looked nice but didn't swim. Easy parking, water pressure was great in the shower. Staff was inviting

Rooms are outdated. Raddison just recently acquired this hotel from Marriott so I would suspect it will be a while before rooms get updated. With that said it was still very comfortable. Would be nice if breakfast was included without extra charge.

We were there for a convention at the hotel. Loved being able to just go to our room and have down time. The staff was great! Several issues were resolved quickly. This is our 4th or 5th stay at this location.

Elevator issues, noticed a lot of water damage in the room. It was clean but noticed mold in on the shower curtain. There was a lunch/ dinner special offered but the staff was either not prepared or wasn't notified that it was happening. The hotel is serious need of updating.

Hot tub was broken, check in staff were rather abrupt & did not give out information as most places (how to find your room, parking, etc…),did not seem knowledgeable about the check-in system, even though I had already paid tried charging us for the room, missing toiletry products from the room, etc..

The location good. Room was spacious and clean. Overall comfortable.

There was no microwave in this room which was a bit inconvenient.

Receptionist was wonderful! Room very nice, recently remodled. Breakfast was fantastic.

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay.
