Very clean room, smelled amazing and that is worth something as the hotels I’ve stayed in lately all stink. Bed was mostly comfy but could use an upgrade. Staff was super nice and check in was the easiest I’ve ever had. Location was quiet.

Please fix the stairwell door as you can hear it slam through the walls and it actually woke me up in the night a few times. Walls are thin and there were kids knocking on doors and running the hallways that you could hear way too clearly.

Everything about our stay was very nice and quite enjoyable with one very minor exception that would not be any reason to detract from our appreciation of the beautiful facility. From the kindness of the front desk staff to the comfort of our room, we would recommend this hospitable inn to our family and friends.

The little coffee water heating machine in our room did not work. When we reported this to the front desk staff, we were assured that housekeeping/maintenance would follow up and repair/reace the unit immediately. We have no doubt the issue was resolved the same day.

Vanessa at the front desk was most helpful... I had accidentally booked for the following weekend & she helped walk me through connecting with you to try to resolve the issue.

This has nothing to do with the facility itself...but I really struggled connecting with you to resolve the mistaken booking issue.

The breakfast was great! Our room was roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. We got the 2 queen suite with the pull out couch. Workout room was great. Everything was working.

Pool was a bit small and no hot tub. It worked well though for our 2 night stay.

Mold in bathtub corners, weak coffee, high pet fee. The suite did not have 2 separate living areas, it was just one big room with a large desk as a divider between the 2 areas.

Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Free coffee and hot water in lobby. Easy check in and out.

Mini fridge in room made some noise that was a little annoying when trying to sleep. But nothing major.

Breakfast was good. The hotel was in a spot that made it easy to get to different places.

The pool was not warm enough for my grandkids to swim in.

Location and parking was great. Ease of checking was wonderful.

No box spring for the mattress. Only the bed base and a mattress.

Super clean, extensive breakfast, courteous staff and extremely comfortable bed. Four pillows per bed is awesome.

Ms. Debra at the front desk was absolutely amazing to us and went above and beyond for my grand baby. She was truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was nice. We will stay again.
